Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

The warm suite with a kitchen and private bathroom in the Tower District accommodates 2 to 4 guests with a queen-size bed and a twin-size futon sofa bed. Our downtown location offers easy access to all of downtown Grass Valley's entertainment, food, and shopping.

White House Inn Genoa - Cottage

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $50 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

Queen Studio 2 - 5 | Cabin

Our studio cabin features a queen size bed, custom made cabinetry, closet, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a breakfast nook by the window and a shower/bathtub combo. No A/C & a wall heater for the winter. This cabin is approx. 250 sq ft and shares walls. Max two guests. Please include children in the total number of guests. This cabin is located on the ground floor with three stairs. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.

Our Fish Board Studio is a charming private space in our courtyard with our signature dutch door, small kitchen, and accommodations for two (2) adults on a King Bed and one (1) adult or two (2) children on a twin sized futon. It’s perfect for both short and longer stays, and gives you a tranquil space to unwind and relax. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make this space feel bright and airy.

The Clemens Bridal Suite offers a CA King bedroom, sitting room and private en-suite bathroom. Rooms at the Inn all feature original wood floors and restored windows with views of the gorgeous valley and surrounding mountains. Common areas include a library/lounge area, guest kitchen and outdoor seating areas. Rooms can be booked directly for a discount.
