Last year we were successful renting for the 1st time and had considerate families who cared for our home as if it was their own. Some guests plan to return this summer. ‘Tis the Sea-Sun for a beach vacation! Located in the quiet Z section of Ocean Lakes, this beach themed, family friendly home is the perfect place for vacation and family time. Located very close to all amenities…only a few steps away from Sandy Mart, the pet park, nature center, and lazy river. Fully furnished and offers covered parking, an outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor lounging/entertainment/dining area. Golf cart is optional only after a phone conversation with the owner.

Blue Heron Cottage – Walk to the Beach

The Blue Heron has two bedrooms and two full baths. It sleeps four people with one queen and two twin beds. It has large rooms for your comfort and a covered front porch for relaxing and entertaining. A golf cart is available and rents separately of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation, a gas grill is available. There are three smart TV's and WiFi. We are dog friendly, a maximum of 2, 50 lbs. or less. Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not allowed in Ocean Lakes.
