The place and location were absolutely amazing. I would definitely book again if I had the chance. The host was incredibly kind, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Nice quiet neighborhood, the place matches the photos, and the host gives you good directions to find the location and is very responsive and helpful. Everything was good there. There is a fruit and vegetable market down the road a few minutes walk otherwise the supermarket is 15-20 minutes walk for other things. There are a lot of people walking dogs in the neighborhood and everyone there is friendly, it feels very safe with the security guards and people say hello to each other and say good afternoon or good morning

Great place! Very beautiful! This house does sits on top a mountain and will need a car to access. Not walkable! Would stay here again and the host is very helpful and responsive!

My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

Spent a week at this beautiful house felt very secure the entire time the house was very luxurious. Kitchen was fully stocked. Did not want for anything place was fantastic inside and out. Will definitely return.

This place is great! Very centric and close to all good beaches, restaurants and places to go. The house is clean and just as described and the shade for the pool is great so you can enjoy it all day long. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

Excelente lugar, ambiente familiar privado y acogedor. Muy bien equipado con todos los utensilios necesarios, y el espacio exterior/interior muy limpio. Además el personal ofrece un excelente servicio y siempre con amabilidad. Definitivamente volvería a reservar!
