Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Il y a la possibilité de se baigner dans la rivière ou à la cascade. Recommandé pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité, les hikers et ceux qui recherchent l'intimité et le contact avec la nature. Tipico chalet ad Albogno, a 3 km da Druogno, in valle Vigezzo. Tutto in pietra con finiture pregiate in legno, recentemente ristrutturato. Ampia zona giorno silenziosa e luminosa, con stufa a legna, bagno con doccia e balcone al 1° piano; camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello e lettino bebè, bagno con vasca, ripostiglio e cortile esclusivo al pianterreno. Nello chalet tutto funziona ad elettricità; i consumi relativi all'energia elettrica non sono compresi nel prezzo.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed.
