Welcome to our adorable, efficient 2 bedroom newly updated home with fenced yard for your fur baby. This is our home away from home. Centrally located off I-35 for easy dining, shopping & entertainment throughout Johnson County and Greater Kansas City. All new furnishings and fully stocked. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Nested on 3 beautiful acres of fenced land. 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, projector, fire, bbq, plus more! This beautiful country setting is located on a paved road next to a producing vineyard and winery. The views of the countryside and pond are memorable. Enjoy a stroll through the vineyard and watch the grapes grow! If you book during harvest, you are welcome to help pick grapes watch them become wine! Our tasting room is open weekends or by appointment.
