La casa di Zizì si trova nel cuore del borgo di Pretoro(CH) , è composta da ingresso, cucina/salotto, due camere da letto (2 letti matrimoniali) e un bagno. L'intero alloggio è stato ristrutturato di recente. Nonostante la sua posizione centrale nell'area pedonale ha un comodo accesso dalla strada con parcheggio gratuito a 50 metri dall'abitazione. Gode di un bellissimo panorama con vista mare e la sua posizione è ottima per raggiungere in 15 min le piste da sci di Passolanciano e Mammarosa.
