An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Comfy 1BR unit in a small block right near Claremont Quarter. Train station’s just around the corner, with bus stops at the front door. Parks and a beautiful riverside walk just minutes away. There’s a shared laundry in the building, just a few steps from your door, with a washer and dryer you can use by paying with your debit or credit card.
