Great stay!! In walking distance to all the restaurants and local shops. The beds were so comfy and the hot water a plus. The breakfast is included and it was delicious. 10/10.

Mario’s place is amazing. The unit itself is perfect and had everything we needed. The grounds are well taken care of and the two pools were nice. However, what really stood out is the beach! It is just beautiful and you can walk for days. Also, many many live sand dollars when the tide is out. Mario was very responsive and directions and local recommendations very clear. He is very friendly and very responsive. Plus, he gladly got us in for an early check in. We will definitely be back next time visiting the country.

Sin duda uno de los mejores lugares que mi esposa y yo estaremos dispuestos a volver a visitar, un lugar extremadamente tranquilo y privado, coincide con las fotos a la perfeccion y todas las necesidades fueron incluidas, una ubicacion super facil para pedir comida a domicilio, la piscina limpia a la llegada y super relajante, un anfitrion preocupado por la comodidad de sus huespedes y con gran amabilidad, el camino a la playa muy facil a pie y las noches muy relajantes sin disturbios, una experiencia inolvidable, 5 estrellas se quedan pocas con el grado de comodidad con que pasamos este tiempo, excelente trabajo Joshua!

Excelente espacio para pasar con tu familia y amigos en la playa. Muy buena ubicación y espacio agradable para descansar. Apartamento muy bien equipado y tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar. Definitivamente volvería a ir!

María Isabel fue una excelente anfitriona, desde el momento que hicimos la reservación fue muy comunicativa y atenta. El apartamento precioso, muy limpio y bien organizado, con una vista increíble. El acceso y las indicaciones muy claras. Esperamos regresar pronto… salu!!

Nos encantó el lugar,muy bonito y limpio El único problema fue que cayó una rama del árbol de coco que esta dentro de la propiedad y golpeó el carro qué habíamos rentado. fue un accidente de la naturaleza, pero no está demás estar pendiente de eso. Por lo demás todo muy lindo ,lo recomiendo.

Great rancho at the beach in Costa de Sol. Really nice garden setting right on the beach with a great area near the beach with hammocks and a stellar view. The caretaker was responsive to everything we asked for and otherwise did not intrude on our enjoyment of the house. The pool is really pretty and love that it is surrounded by nice garden and not just concrete. It felt really safe and welcoming.

Volvemos felices después de un fin de semana en casa de Jaime. Es un lugar ideal para familias con niños pequeños. Don José María fue muy atento y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Todo estaba impecable, los aires acondicionados funcionaban perfectamente, y la playa es hermosa. ¡Sin duda, regresaremos pronto!

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. Desde el inicio, Amy fue una anfitriona increíble, nos brindó toda la información necesaria y estuvo atenta a cualquier duda. Al llegar, nos recibió Don Milo, el cuidador, quien fue muy amable y siempre estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos. También nos ofreció cocos frescos durante la estadía, ¡un gran detalle! La casa es muy amplia, cómoda y súper limpia. La cocina está bien equipada y pudimos preparar todo sin problema. La piscina nos encantó, es grande, limpia y perfecta para relajarse en familia. Además, la playa está a pocos pasos, es muy bonita y estaba sorprendentemente limpia, ideal para disfrutar del mar con tranquilidad. Todo el lugar está muy bien cuidado y se nota el esmero por ofrecer una gran experiencia. Mi familia quedó encantada y sin duda volveremos. ¡Muy recomendado!.

Nos hospedamos con mi familia nuevamente en la propiedad de Milena. Cada que vamos hay alguna mejora en esta oportunidad fueron los sanitarios ambos fueron renovados en su totalidad, linda decoración y todo accesible, limpio y ordenado, el personal adjunto la señora Roxana muy puntual en su ayuda y muy diligente en cualquier cosa que se le solicitaba. Seguro regresaremos nuevamente. Quizá el único detalle es cambiar los utensilios de cocina, vasos nuevos, sartenes, vajillas. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien! Gracias Milena!

The space was plenty large for our group. We had a few relatives stay with us the first night but were a group of 8 for a majority of the time so we had ample space. The onsite staff was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed the privacy of the space to spend time as a family. The location is not super walkable and as others have mentioned is on a busy street, but it felt very safe. The photos near the pool are very explicit that they were taken in 2020, so take that into account when considering the condition of the poolside furniture. Overall, the space is somewhat dated and could use a minor facelift but is as described in the listing. We appreciated the kitchen, the extra fridge space, and the television. Be aware that there is no proper "living room" - there is a lovely outdoor space but it can get quite hot and humid outside if you have older folks in the group. We appreciated the host's hospitality, responsiveness and local suggestions.

The security/ staff of the hotel were verh friendly and accomdating. My hotel space wad clean and spacious with many bedrooms. It has a balcony facing the beach and the view was breathtaking. I've visited other hotels with balconies and seaside views as well but this one was exceptionally clean and accomdating. There were many comfortable and decorative furniture in the hotel room. Overall, a very comfortable stay for the whole family.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia, tiene el equipamiento y mobiliario necesario. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, Tayna fue muy amable siempre, nos dió varias recomendaciones de restaurantes y delivery, y siempre contestó de manera amigable, de hecho nos facilitó hacer un check out mas tarde, lo cual nos pareció fabuloso! La ubicación excelente.Nos costó un poquito ingresar al apartamento ya que no estaba abierto como nos habia dicho, pero los encargados del lugar nos solucionaron rápidamente. Con seguridad volveremos al lugar, nos encantó!

My stay at this place was wonderful. Beautiful view, privacy, safety and comfort. My family and I really enjoyed all the amenities that the place offered. The place decoration and vibes was very comforting. I would highly recommend it. Host Silvia was available for any questions or concerns. Location in front of the beach was amazing. I would like to go back and enjoy it again.

This place is great! Very centric and close to all good beaches, restaurants and places to go. The house is clean and just as described and the shade for the pool is great so you can enjoy it all day long. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

What a wonderful experience we had her at the wave house. We had four young kids and everyone loved the private and public pools. The bar downstairs was fun too! The location was so close to the beach and an amazing restaurant with local food next door. The staff was kind and extremely helpful in helping us get transportation and catered a truly luxury experience. We can’t wait to come back to El Zonte!

Nos encantó el apartamento, está muy bien ubicado y está adentro de un condominio por lo que es muy seguro. Cuenta con todo lo que uno necesita para que tu estadía sea cómoda y agradable. Nos sentimos como en casa. Plus de apartamento: - Las camas y almohadas son deliciosas - Tienen A/C (muy necesario) - Lugar privado con seguridad - Hay 2 centros comerciales a la par del condominio - La cocina es muy completa Seguro para nuestra próxima visita nos quedamos alli nuevamente.
