Great location and what we expected based on description and photos. Owner very responsive. Easy to check in and out. We would stay again.

Home was clean, looked like the pictures and not too far from family we were visiting.

The house was amazing and so well decorated, we all felt at home right away. It had everything we needed and more. If we are ever in the area again we will definately stay here if it's available. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!!

This was our second stay at Emilee's house. It is spacious and comfortable. Wonderful fenced-in yard for our dog to play off-leash after a long day in the car. Would definitely stay here again if we stop in Blue Springs.

Jantina was an amazing host! She let us check in a little earlier than the check in time. Also, she responded within minutes when I asked her a question through the app. The house was better than the pictures! Definitely would stay here again

This stay was so lovely! Mary's cute cottage was a great size for 5 adults with a well stocked kitchen and two full bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Felt nice to have a little escape from the busier parts of KC. Joe's BBQ is right around the corner, Hi Hat Coffee was a short trip through the neighborhood, and Westport neighborhood is a short 10/12 minute drive. Make sure you visit the Nelson Atkins Museum (free!!) and be ready to be there for hours! Mary was extremely hospitable and kind. She was communicative and helpful with all questions we had and her home was lovely and clean and well stocked. Will definitely consider staying again if we head back to KC any time soon!

We visit KC twice a year to visit in-town family and with our own family size having grown in recent years, we need the extra space and quiet that hotels can't really provide. Lisa's home more than fit the criteria for space, spacious bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, etc. She was professional, responsive and timely in her communication and made the check-in and check-out straightforward. We will absolutely check her place's availability on our next planned visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great eclectic decor, which I love. It is just one open basement space, beds on opposite ends. One bed has a curtain on one side you can use. With that said, though it worked well for our needs. It's right in downtown. You can walk to some cute shops and great restaurants. Highly recommend Ginger Sue's. It was truly amazing! Everything in the place was stocked really well. They did a good job making it colorful for the basement space. You do hear some foot traffic above you. It really wasn't an issue, but one evening it was pretty loud and consistent and it was around 10:00 PM. It probably wouldn't bother most people, I know I'm just sensitive to that noise. It really is well worth the stay. Great price and really friendly, helpful hosts!

Stayed for a 3 night volleyball tournament and it was so accessible to everything downtown by walking or riding the trolley. The space was so clean and comfy, felt right at home. Very secure building with security guards on duty at all hours. Little bummed the basketball court wasn't accessible or the workout area, but my boys spent many hours playing pool and air hockey when given the chance. Also utilized the 24hr snack / bakery area that was also in-house. Would absolutely recommend and stay again when in KC.

Me and my Daughter stayed there for personal reasons and my daughter said she felt like she was on vacation it was well worth the stay I loved it !! If I ever need a place to stay I hope they’ll be available so Thank you Guys for having us.

Such an amazing experience and stay with Russ and Kris! They were both SUPER sweet and welcoming and the place was cozy, clean, and was so easy to get to. Would recommend to anyone needing an Airbnb!

Very nice place to stay. We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the TMobile center. It was an easy walk. The hosts left some thoughtful snacks as well. 100% recommend and can't say enough about this place. Loved it

Christine was remarkably responsive when we had questions or issues. The unit is cozy and well appointed. It felt like a nice HOME. This was our first real road trip with our young children and it was the perfect place for us. Peaceful, spacious, and full of any supplies needed. The three bedrooms gave us a lot of flexibility for where we put them. We put the kiddos and their pack-and-plays in the darkest room, which may have had the biggest bed, so my wife and shared a bed that might have been slightly small for us, but that's on us. Nevertheless, Kansas City has a lot of family friendly activities and we would count ourselves lucky if we were able to rent from Christine again.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

Good location and easy to find. On the third floor so if you are not able to use the stairs it might not be a good fit for you.

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

We stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy access to the KC street car. The home was spacious and had a very modern feel to it. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. I was able to park on the street on the opposite side from the entrance my entire stay. We didn’t use the private parking as it was far walk and inconvenient. Once we found the apartment we noticed the decor was shabby chic and the bed was comfortable.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.
