Perfect place to stay. Great for kiddos with a park across the street. Beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants are all close by. We loved our stay here!!

I stayed a few days in Nalin's charming home while visiting relatives in San Jose. The home had everything I needed, and was comfortable & cheerful. I especially liked the coffee table in the front room that converts to a desk. I had a big data collection project to work on while I was there, and the space was great for spreading out and getting the work done. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was especially delighted by the little lights accenting the front yard at night. The house is a short drive from shopping & restaurants. Beds were really comfy. Lots of thoughtful details. I would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at VacatioNEST. The house exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Check in was very easy. It is 45 minutes to Santa Cruz and Monterey. There are several wineries close by. I highly recommend staying here for a group vacation.

Toby & Chels’ home was nice and cozy! It was just as described, with very comfortable beds & couch for lounging. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, and perfect for my group of 4. Chels/team were responsive and provided multiple methods for communication, though their instructions and recommendations were clear, so I didn’t have to bug them too much :). I would definitely enjoy staying in their home in the future again, and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Kathryn’s cozy airbnb! Amazing location right at the beach and easily walkable. Kathryn was such a nice and helpful host. Would love to stay here again!

Rezan is one of the best hosts

Sarah’s house was beautiful- clean and lots of room. There was enough space for us to be together and space for alone time. There were 8 of us. Sarah had made some recommendations for dinners and places to go. We did try a couple of them and the Mexican restaurant and ice cream place was delicious . We had one issue with hot water and Sarah responded immediately and issue was resolved in a timely manner. The house was a little farther from Santa Cruz than we were used to but it only took 20 minutes get there. The area where the house was located was quiet and close to the ocean. We genuinely loved our time in Aptos. Would stay again .

Jackie’s place was fantastic and she was super responsive and helpful for any questions or requests we had. The house has fantastic natural light and was very clean inside and the backyard was amazing as well. The outdoor shower was great for washing off sand and the washer / dryer were great to keep clothes clean. It was the perfect place and we would highly recommend booking Jackie’s place if you can find availability!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

Outstanding location and great condo. Condo was just as advertised. It was clean and very comfortable. Cheshire Realty was easy to deal with.

Alexa's place is gorgeous! We had an incredible stay with our kids and grandbaby! The setting in unbelievable in the mountains right outside Los Gatos. It feels like a luxury resort with the infinity edge pool and lush grounds. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Alexa even left us some fresh fruit and veggies right from her garden! We'll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Ling’s place .. it was awesome place with amazing beach just a walk away . Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again if ever wanted to come again . Place was exactly like the description.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The amenities, including the swimming pool(not heated), foosball table, and pool table, made for a fun and relaxing experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great week at this property visiting family and exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay at this home, very close proximity to explore the redwoods, easy to get to highway, close to grocery store, gas station, and about 20 min to Santa Cruz. The layout of the house was very nice for our family of 3 adults and 3 young kids. There were very cute little details of the house that added a special touch. Pavan is a very gracious and professional host. He addressed our issues quickly and responded immediately throughout our stay.

Magical! That is the word that just kept coming up for us! What a lovely place! Chrissi and Stephen were just as sweet as the place! Great and easy location to get to all things Santa Cruz (of course the Redwoods too!). We just loved the cozy and unique vibe, the gardens, you just step into a little retreat as soon as you arrive. It had all we needed. Parking is street parking, which we had a slight concern with (I am an over packer!), but we were able to find a space right near out front every time (literally!). We will be back, I have no doubt!

Great Location, Classic Place

This is a very comfortable and stylish house, with 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor sitting areas. It is a short stroll to the beach where there are several restaurants and a coffee shop. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and would love another chance to stay there.

Such a great home! Loved sitting on the front porch waiting for the rest of our party to arrive, garden and swing song chairs was perfect way to start our trip The house is super cute inside with beautiful skylights and a very private backyard. There was a welcome tennis ball for our dog as well as a water bowl, just so much detail in making us feel right at home. I would stay here again

Wir waren zu dritt in Rolandos Apartment und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Rolandos Frau, Francesca, ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Person, die uns bei allen Wünschen geholfen hat. Es liegt ihr sehr am Herzen, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, das große Bett und die ausklappbare Couch sind bequem. Im Bad ist auch genug Platz und die Jacouzi Badewanne ist toll. In der Umgebung kann man zu Fuß zur Mall oder zur Stadtbahn von San Jose und ist schnell Downtown. Vielen lieben Dank Francesca + Tochter für eure liebe Gastfreundschaft und euer Entgegenkommen! Ihr wart tolle Gastgeber!
