Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Mali stan(25m2), u mirnom dijelu grada, ali tek 15 minuta hoda udaljen od centra Pule. Okružen plažama, 10 min hoda. Pogled na Pulu. Opremljena kuhinja, aparat za kavu, posuđe, sušilo za kosu, i sve ostale potrepštine. Besplatni wifi u cijelom stanu. Nije preporučljiv za izuzetno visoke osobe, visina stropa 205 cm. Besplatni parking ispred zgrade. Mala trgovina ispred zgrade sa svim potrebnim namirnicama.
