Villa Belvedere, Upper Qeparo

Vila Belvedere is build in 1917 and has had a major restoration in 2015. Villa has two floors, upstairs you have two bedrooms each room, with their walk-in shower and a separate bathroom in hallway. Downstairs is separated sitting room and large kitchen with Corian countertop. Outside the kitchen there is direct access the garden and pool. BE AWARE: The villa is reachable only by walking from the parking to to 100m on foot. In a steep cobblestone path.

My house is in Qeparo, one of the most beautiful tourist villages of the Albanian Riviera. My apartment is a new building, with new furniture, comfortable, full of sunlight, with all the necessary things to feel at home, but the same time near the sea. Perfect for families and couples. Located 500m from the village center and 800m from the beach (only 5’ min walking) gives you the possibility to have quick access in both directions.
