Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Rukan Kesäjärvellä huippusijainnilla mökki. Ruokakauppaan 1km ja keskustaan 2km. Hiihtoladut, kelkkareitti ja SkiBus kulkevat aivan mökin vieressä. Mökin yhteydessä ulkovälinevarasto. Mökissä mahtuu majoittumaan 6 henkilöä (alakerrassa parisänky ja vuodesohva, parvella kaksi sänkyä). Mökistä löytyy kaikki rentouttavaan lomaan tarvittavat mukavuudet kuten sauna, ilmalämpöpumppu ja älytelevisio. Lemmikit sallittu. Huomioithan että petivaatteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous eivät kuulu varaukseen.
