This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

Nestled in the Beautiful seascape of the Bay Area, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel have to offer! The stunning sand dunes by the home and the views of the setting sun on the ocean horizon are sure to impress. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Close to The Monterey Bay Aquarium , art and culture, restaurants and dining and the beach. You’ll love my place because it's a detached new unit, clean and on the Monterey Peninsula. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
