It has large windows with lots of natural light, a tiny but well-equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer, mini-fridge, 55" TV, and a pull-out sofa that can sleep 1. The Magnolia Mini can sleep 3. There is a private outdoor bistro table for your use, and a shared backyard space complete with a fire pit & hammock. Families and children are welcome; pack n'play and high chair available upon request.

King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Welcome to a highly affluent neighborhood in north Atlanta. Uber is a 13 minute ride to Downtown. Our train system Marta is a 15 to 20 minute ride to Mercedes stadium. This rental has the most available living space than any of my comparables in the area. Five minutes away from one of the best malls the state has to offer. It comes equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, and a small fridge. Safe off street parking is available. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee starting at $50. There is a large fenched in backyard to walk your pet or have them run freely.
