The tracks that pass the property and lead into the scenic surroundings provide ample opportunities for hiking/biking, and the beautiful beaches of the Alentejan Coast are a short drive away.

The property has one main house with 3 rooms (1 suite) and a detached house with one suite and one kids room. The outside area is amazing with a perfect pool with view to the vineyard and countryside and a terrace with a firepit, meal table and sofas to enjoy a unique location. Maximum capacity: 10 guests.

Villa récente de plein pied, avec piscine chauffée (d’avril à septembre), à la décoration soignée. Venez apprécier les couchers du soleil depuis la terrasse. A 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Porto-Covo, dans un lotissement privé et à 500m de la plage. La climatisation a été installée en juillet 2023. ATTENTION, la maison se situe au coeur d’un lotissement neuf, des constructions sont encore en cours au sein du lotissement à proximité de la maison. Mais les prix proposés en tiennent compte.

Our home is an agricultural house renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.
