The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
