Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

Sonka Resort – Mirror House • Lake View

Sonka Resort’s Mirror Houses are set by a frozen lake, surrounded by forest and open sky. Each cabin has a mirrored exterior for privacy, a lake-view glass wall, double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a projector screen. Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime. Igloo saunas and hot tubs are available to book. A quiet Lapland escape under the northern lights.

Due to irregular road maintenance and unpredictable weather, a 4x4 car is highly recommended. We offer transport service if needed.

Ollero Eco Lodge (inc. a glass igloo)

Welcome to Ollero Eco Lodge – a private riverside retreat on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi. The entire property is reserved for one group at a time, ensuring full privacy. The lodge sleeps up to 6 guests (8 with extra beds) in three buildings. Only 10 minutes from Rovaniemi centre, yet surrounded by forest, river and minimal light pollution – ideal for Northern Lights viewing in season. Enjoy Finnish sauna and, in winter, a refreshing dip in the frozen river for a true Arctic experience.

Eräelämys Lapissa! Täällä voit lämmittää ruokaa tulilla ja saunoa puusaunassa. Saunamökki rauhallisella paikalla, noin 25 kilometriä Rovaniemeltä. Sijaitsee toisen mökin pihapiirissä. Saunamökin kuistilta näkymä metsään päin. Vesijohtoa ei ole, vesiastiat ovat täytettynä tullessasi. Tilava sauna. Grillikota käytössäsi (noin 50 metriä mökistä). Kuivakäymälä, johon kulku katoksen kautta. Jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin ja mikro. Ei keittolevyä. Liinavaatteet/pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Cozy Cabin by Lake Lehtojärvi

Pakene joka päivä ja majoitu viihtyisässä mökissä Lehtojärven rannalla. Mökkiin mahtuu korkeintaan 6 vierasta, ja siellä on ylimääräinen loft-tila 2 lapselle tai pienelle aikuiselle. Vain lyhyen matkan päässä on Lapin talviseikkailujen parhaat puolet: eletricksnowmobile safarit ainutlaatuisessa lumihotellissa. Aktiviteettien jälkeen voit rentoutua mökin saunassa ja ihailla näkymiä jäätyneelle järvelle ja lumipeitteisiin metsiin. Varaa nyt ja nauti unohtumattomasta arktisesta lomasta!

Tunnelmallinen mökki osittaisella lasikatolla

2019 valmistunut ainutlaatuinen mökki osittaisella lasikatolla luonnonkauniissa ympäristössä järven rannalla. Mökissä on mikro, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja leivänpaahdin. Voit nauttia vain valmisaterioita. Rannalla tulipaikka/laavu käytössä. Autopaikka pihassa. Talvella jäällä voi kävellä. Lentokentälle 17 km , lähimpään City-markettiin 13 km ja keskustaan 17 km. Majoittaja asuu samassa pihassa. Vieraat saavat liikkua pihalla vapaasti. Naapureiden pihat ovat yksityisiä.

After long day you can relax in traditional finnish sauna. Upstairs is king size bed. Did you know that according to researches, you get the best sleep in a log house? Help is always near because we live in same yard. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Traditional Finnish cottage

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
