Recently remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom rustic cottage setting. Entrance door and Kitchen has low ceiling. Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules We are a pet friendly property. ($15 pet fee) paid in lock box or digital! 150 sf rustic deck lots and lots of plants and a spectacular view of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels, quail etc… We are located up on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood.

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Adventure awaits: Stay, play, relax, and getaway! Hike the mountain or bike the lake, then return for a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub. Relax on the deck with a BBQ and a game of corn hole. Deer, jackrabbits, and wild turkey graze together while melodic birdsong fills the air.

Welcome to Seven Arbor Cottage! Enjoy some peace and quiet among the trees while taking in a peek-a-boo view of Clearlake or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. My two story cottage is nestled in the Black Forest so there's plenty of privacy from neighbors and several interpretative hikes for wandering. Relax on the multi-level deck and stare at the sunrises and starry night skies or chill in the hammock that's surrounded by a bamboo garden.
