Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Välkommen till ett unikt boende i rofylld miljö med sjöutsikt strax utanför Växjö. Bo på flotten ett stenkast ut i den långgrunda Tävelsåssjön. Fint både sommar och vinter. Njut av solnedgång över sjön. Öppna upp dörrarna mot vattnet så snart du vaknat. Varför inte både ett kvälls och morgondopp efter bastun? Helt nybyggda Fritidshus (2020-2021) beläget på en udde utan grannar inom synhåll. Egen liten långgrund strand med båt och elmotor. Braskamin i storstugan. Utedusch Bra fiske med gös, abborre , gädda mm. Bra Wi-fi. Bastu. Svamp och bär. Egen stor parkering på tomten. Aktiviteter i närheten : Isaberg Mountain resort, High Chaparral, Store Mosse Nationalpark, Ge-Kås Ullared, Knystaforsen (white guide) Tiraholms Fisk Här bor ni lyxigt men samtidigt med känslan "back to nature"

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
