South Italy : locations de vacances avec balcon

A great apartment in a lovely area. We found it to be very peaceful away from all the crowds but with lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries close by. A very helpful host who was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Un très bel appartement spacieux, des lits confortables, le centre peut être facilement rejoint à pied (Vatican à 25 minutes, via del Corso à 10 minutes). Une hauteur de plafond à plus de 3.50m de haut dans tout l'appartement. Simona et sa maman sont super bien organisées et tout à fonctionné à la perfection, également pour le chauffeur, organisé par Simona, qui nous a reçu à l'aéroport. Merci Simona

Siamo stati diversi giorni in questo appartamento e non potevamo far scelta migliore. Appartamento ottimo: ben curato e pulito , allo stesso tempo moderno. Un appartamento bellissimo e ci si sentiva a casa. La descrizione corrisponde a quello che c’era nella struttura . Non potevamo chiedere di più. L’host e’ stata più che disponibile dal primo giorno fino all’ultimo, curandosi di noi su ogni aspetto. Molto gentile e amichevole. Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento . Ci torneremo volentieri. Nadia's apartment was perfect for the two of us. You can not beat the location. Check in was thorough, informative and easy. While only on the 1st floor (2nd floor) there a elevator if needed. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. It has everything you'll need. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was very comfortable, beautiful, spacey, with lots of cabinet, well equipped kitchen, and very well thought of small finishing touches that made the whole stay better. Communication was almost immediate at all times. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Agostino’s home. We were greeted by his parents upon a late arrival. They were very kind in providing us with pasta and fresh veggies for dinner (you need a car or taxi to go to town). The house is spacious and clean. We spent time relaxing at the pool and enjoyed the amazing views. Thank you, Agostino’s parents for your great hospitality.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. L’appartement est très bien placé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Marco qui nous a aussi gentiment organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Grazie mille!

My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we arrived, he was extremely sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Vi (to voksne og to børn på henholdsvis 7 og 9 år fra Danmark) boede i Paolas smukke hus i 9 dage og var meget begejstrede for opholdet. Paola gav gode forslag til udflugter i nærområdet (også til regnvejrsdage) og fandt legetøj frem, som vores børn kunne bruge, når vi badede i den dejlige pool, som har den smukkeste udsigt over Orte. Huset ligger langt fra anden beboelse, og da vi boede der havde vi hele grunden for os selv. Så der er masser af privatliv, og det er kun hyggeligt, at man kan høre køerne, som befinder sig tæt på ejendommen. Vi besøgte den charmerende by Narni, hvor vi på Paolas anbefaling gik en flot tur ved floden. Vi drog desuden på udflugt til vandfaldene i Terni samt Orvieto, som virkelig er et besøg værd. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang! Tak for alt, Paola.

Ons verblijf was fantastisch! Wij werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en de eigenaren waren flexibel met de aankomst- en vertrektijd wat heel fijn was. Het is een enorm sfeervol huis met prachtige tuinen met veel beplanting. Wij hebben vooral in de voortuin gezeten (staat niet op de foto’s) waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten in de zon. Ook had de voortuin een schommelbank. Op de bovenverdieping is er prachtig uitzicht en een omheind balkon waar je overheen kunt lopen (staat niet op de foto’s). Dit was voor ons een leuke verrassing! De slaapkamers hebben fijne bedden en goede donkere luiken voor snachts. Het omgelegen dorp is rustig en stijl en had een lekkere bakker (je moet hiervoor wel goed te been zijn). Het is noodzakelijk om een auto te hebben als je de omgeving wilt verkennen. Straten rondom het huis zijn smal en stijl maar was zelfs met een grote auto voor ons opzich wel prima te doen. De eigen parkeerplaats was handig. Al met al zeker aan te raden!

Apart from the stairs to trek the suitcases down. The accomodation was beautiful and clean and well presented. Absolute beautiful view from the balcony of Positano. Shared pool is of a great size and lots of beds for sun (although sun drops behind the hill in the afternoon) and also you’ll need to have a swim cap (which is provided). A couple of restaurants are within a 10 min walk otherwise a decent trek to the town. Down is 25 mins and relatively painless. Up is something needing a lot of commitment and not little kids! Overall we had an awesome stay and really enjoyed our time. A beautiful town. Just a little pricey all round.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer in einer sehr ruhigen und authentischen Umgebung. Die große Terrasse mit passendem Tisch, Stühlen & Liegestühlen lädt dazu ein, die Sonne und den Blick aufs Meer zu genießen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut & auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist toll und der Strand zu dieser Zeit komplett leer! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit & können diese Unterkunft von Herzen sehr empfehlen. Danke! ☺️

The most beautiful Italian Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The renovation and furnishings are stunning, just like the photos. We felt very welcome in Parabita with the elderly locals who live next door chatting to us each day. The town is away from the tourist chaos so makes a perfect base to explore the nearby villages and beaches, but retreat back when you want. Thank you Letizia and Giorgia for a wonderful stay and for being great hosts.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

Absolutely loved staying at the artist house! So many of our friends that were also in Dubrovnik were so jealous when we showed them photos. It was perfect for my family of 5… we all had our own space and it made our time there so awesome. I was sad to leave! Dorinda is very kind, helpful, and a beautiful host! I definitely will try to come again. Thank you for everything :)

Fabio provided spotless communication, replied very quickly. The apartment is just as in the pictures - great location! The two terraces were just wonderful. Nice ambience. If you want to stay in Trastevere; this is your place!

Fantastic location in the centre of the city but tucked away just enough to be peaceful and private. Alberto is a great host with excellent communication and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The map of suggested restaurants was a nice touch and can highly recommend Alberto's favourite spots. literally a stones throw from the Coleseum, which ideal for getting there early to avoid the queues.

We are new AirB&B hosts from US. We learned a lot from staying here. There were so many special touches that our host provided. The apartment is beautiful. It was the best AirB&B we stayed at in Italy. If we had a 6 we would have given this place a 6. Our host was very responsive to any of our messages. The location was perfect to all the events at Vatican. We were able to see the introduction of the new American Pope. Thank you!

This apartment was ideal for our long weekend in Rome. It was in a lovely street and a great location. Noelle was great at communicating and check in was very simple with someone meeting me outside and showing me around. Everything was as it looked in the pictures. I would definitely stay again. Location was awesome. It is right outside city center so you are close enough to walk to everything but not right on top of the craziness of Palermo. There are several flights of steps but the view from the balcony and bedroom was spectacular which make the steps so worth it. Fabio was very helpful and met us there to show us around. He made check in and check out very easy. He also showed us where we can park our car. If looking for a great spot with a view and being close enough to walk to everything this is the spot.

We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals with produce from local markets. We loved the location. Quiet and away from the crowds but near metro and busses. Alessandra greeted us and gave us a full orientation. She was responsive when we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like the was air bnb should work.

This is a great home base in a perfect neighbourhood. There are so many amenities within the area. Everything was very comfortable in the unit and the host was kind, friendly and quite helpful.

We really enjoyed our time at Marco’s apartment. The view was beautiful from the balcony with stunning sunsets over the water. The amenities were clean and working which allowed us to spend our 3 nights as though we were at home. The walk to the main part of town is easy but there are also supermarkets and restaurants much closer for when you don’t want to walk. We would recommend staying here.
