One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Le « Penthouse Chalet – Chalet Schenna » de 200 m² est situé au calme à l’entrée du village de Schenna, offrant un point de départ idéal pour votre séjour. L’appartement, au 2ᵉ étage, est moderne et aménagé avec soin. Il dispose d’un salon confortable avec cuisine ouverte et bien équipée, comprenant un grand îlot central. Trois chambres, trois salles de bains, un canapé-lit dans le salon et des toilettes invités accueillent jusqu’à huit personnes.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
