We loved this place! The house itself has lots of character and history and was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was well equipped and had thoughtful extras like cooking oil, salt, tea, coffee etc. The rooms are enormous and our teenagers loved having so much space. The balcony has amazing views and is a great place to sit and relax. We loved that the bathroom has two sinks. The location is great too, within walking distance to everything, even Cataract Gorge (although that was a long walk). City Park is very close and two supermarkets are within walking distance. We were fortunate to meet Steven, one of the hosts, who was more than happy to have a chat and share a bit more history of the house

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and sites so perfect without a car. The property is very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Bec as a host was very obliging when we wanted to store our bag to align with when we were to collect a hire car, thank you for making our stay very easy Bec.

Our stay at Pete’s villa in Hobart was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—waking up to such a stunning landscape every day was a dream. The villa itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility—super quiet, yet still conveniently close to everything. We loved how thoughtfully designed and immaculately clean the space was, with every detail carefully considered for comfort and convenience. Pete’s hospitality was superb! He was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to share local tips to enhance our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but this villa truly did. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to return. If you’re visiting Hobart, this is the place to stay!

We had three great nights with family at this residence. It's clean and tidy, with beautiful views. I highly recommend this place.

Bernadette’s place is the lower flat in a heritage listed building in central Launceston. The building is fascinating if you are interested in the heritage of Australian cities. The original features are there but the apartment is also very comfortable and clean. Externally the building is still being renovated, but that tells a story in itself. We spent a comfortable night there, we would come back when next in Launceston, we would recommend it.

Beautiful location across from the beach. Sonia was a very responsive host. Loved visiting Hawley Beach, beautiful for morning walks.

The place itself is really nice, better than what it shows in the pictures. Views of the ocean and balcony, clean with music playing when we entered was a nice touch. It's on the expensive side, but that's the area and maybe because it was a public holiday.

The views from every room in the house are magnificent. We were a group of friends in town for Dark MOFO, but the house itself was one of the highlights of the trip. Comfortable and warm, it was a short Uber ride from the city yet so relaxing just sitting in the winter sun and looking at the water. Thanks Karen for a lovely stay

Great place, quiet and beautiful, instructions clear. The country setting close to the Mount Field National Park was perfect and not too far from New Norfolk. Would highly recommended this accommodation.

Amazing stay! Felt right at home and loved every moment we were there! Fantastic restaurants are just 5 min drive away (which was extremely surprising considering I am from Sydney) Beautiful views, extremely peaceful and especially loved the fireplace and the bathtub with spa! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will definitely be back!!

Simply stunning location and a beautifully crafted abode that fits in with its surroundings . Completely peaceful . Close to beach which seems your own . Everything one could wish for was available in the house ! Best provisions ever . Above and beyond all expectations . Diana had made everything very clear and helpful . We had a most wonderful week of R and R .Felt very privileged to be able to stay at such a welcoming accommodation in the awesome Flinders Is ! Highly recommend if you like a perfect place to unwind in nature .

The view was just gorgeous - looking right out onto the beach, with Freycinet treating us to the most glorious sunset on our first evening. Easy access to the beach for morning swims. House was spacious and well-appointed with responsive hosts. Great way to introduce my overseas friends to the wonders of Tassie.

Gorgeous home, just like the pics. it is very clean and comfy, and has stunning views of the bay and mountains beyond. Easy walk to coffee, cafe and groceries (2 minutes), as well as Coles Bay Jetty. Great basics plus extras of fabulous teas, milk, sparkling and still water. We had the most wonderful stay!
