Charming location in the heart of Berlin. Our house is spacious, enjoyable, full of natural light and quietness. Make yourself at home: The ground floor has a large living room with kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a study/music-room. The large attic provides sleeping accommodation for 3 to 4 people. Maximum of 11 people can have an unforgetable stay in our comfortable home. The house is available mostly during the week but at the weekend as well. Check the availability. With its beautiful backyard it offers many relaxing moments during your stay in Berlin. Total number of beds: - In the attic: a double bed and 2 single beds - Upstairs: one double bed in room 1, a loft bed for two people and a single bed in room 2; -in the study-room there are 2 sofa-beds There is 1 large bathroom with bath tub and a shower and one guest toilet more on the ground floor. In walking distance (5 Min.) there are many restaurants, three bakeries, a video store and a LIDL-supermarket. The metro station "Südende" (S 25) is in 5-8 Min walking distance. By the metro you get in 10 Min. to Potsdamer Platz and in 15 Min. to the Brandenburger Tor. By bus 282 you can get quickly (10 Min) to the shopping street “Schloßstraße” with many shops, malls, restaurants, cafes, theaters and cinema. The train station "Südkreuz" can be reached by the metro (S-Bahn 25) in 5 minutes. Make yourself comfortable at our home and take care of it as your own home!!! ;-))))

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Meine Unterkunft nahe «Tempelhofer Feld», dem größten Berliner Freizeitpark auf ehemaligem Flughafen // recreational Park on former airport THF · S-/U-Bahn Tempelhof. /// Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, allein reisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und große Gruppen. Gäste müssen zusätzlich eine Übernachtungssteuer von 7,5% bezahlen.

Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

120qm2 Penthouse/Dachgeschosswohnung+Sauna+Kamin

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Ruhige Einliegerwohnung in Designhaus mit Terrasse

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

ART-Quartier in der Potsdamer Kulturlandschaft

Das Art-Quartier liegt in der Potsdamer Kulturlandschaft in unmittelbarer Nähes des Jungfernsees. Für 2 Gäste bietet das Appartement einen romantischen und ruhigen Platz für umfassende Erholung. Es ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Parkanlagen und Schlösser. Schloss Cecelienhof mit liegt z.B. nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Die hist. Innenstadt bietet alle touristischen Annehmlichkeiten mit einem breiten Kulturangebot.

Berlin Wannsee Landgut

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Die 100-jährige Villa hat viele Geschichten zu erzählen und wurde zwischenzeitlich saniert und modern ausgestattet. Euch erwartet eine gemütliche ruhige Wohnung mit privatem Zugang. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekte Aufenthalt braucht. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück reserviert.
