Truly beautiful villa! The photos simply do not do this place justice - this wonderful ‘wow’ factor home & surroundings are gorgeous. My family felt immediately at home & relaxed. Villa was clean, well stocked with equipment & our hosts Eleni & Marinos were lovely - both on hand when required & respectful of our privacy. We received a welcome package which was very thoughtful. Filter machine meant no need for bottled water. We walked up to Old Hersonissos a couple of times & enjoyed some lovely food & a little shopping in a vibrant atmosphere. Also we went shopping down in Limenas Chersonisou. We enjoyed BBQ at our villa, eating outside during a full super moon! 🌖 The mountain, the sea view & the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The outdoor gazebo area is fantastic for chilling day or night, with cold drinks (or ice creams) immediately on hand from the outdoor fridge. A/C great for all different areas, but the breeze was just as nice sometimes in the main area. Highly recommend 😊

Voor wie rust zoekt en wil onthaasten is dit de ideale bestemming! Midden in de mooie Kretenzische natuur, en toch dichtbij het leuke hippie-stadje Matala, maar ook op rijafstand van de bergen en andere mooie locaties. Wie het stijle weggetje omhoog naar de accommodatie trotseert, wordt beloond met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Kitsa was de ideale gastvrouw bij wie we altijd terecht konden. Ook voor een langer verblijf is dit huis prima: Kitsa bood extra services aan zoals verse lakens, handdoeken, een extra poetsmoment en onderhoud van het zwembad. In volle zomer zal het fijn vertoeven zijn aan de rand van en in het water, maar begin april is het nog iets te koud. Extraatje: er waren fijne lokale welkomstlekkernijen. We hebben kunnen genieten van de goed uitgeruste woning, het prachtige terras, de schaapjes in de verte, de mooie zonsondergangen en vooral de rust! Een echte aanrader in het zuiden van Kreta!

A fantastic villa with a wonderful host. Emmanouil was great from booking, with a few questions we had before we arrived, to check in, during our stay and also for checking out. So pleasant and helpful. The Villa was really clean and modern, well furnished and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We had a great stay! We were five adults a two year old and a baby. Manolis was quick to answer, he welcomed us to the Villa, and gave us a tour of the place. He was quick to respond and very friendly. He also went out of his way, and helped us checkout different places to rent a car before we arrived. The swimming pool was a huge hit! And the hamam was very nice as well! Though I was happy I had read that you are very close with the appartments at the hotel, when you are at the pool! Didn’t bother us. We grilled several times and enjoyed staying outside. Flights are flying over the area, and that was also a big hit with the two year old:) I strongly recommend this place weather it be for a chill vacation at the pool, or Amore active one driving around to the cozy cities around the area.

Great villa perched up on a hillside, with stunning sea view. You definitely need a hire car as nothing much within walking distance but this was clear when we booked. Three lovely bedrooms, 2 en-suite. The outdoor kitchen is a really good feature. Friendly host who was flexible with check in and out times. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Vi var 4 voksne og 5 børn, som havde en fantastisk efterårsferie i boligen. Lækker pool, dejligt der var et par badedyr. Nem og høflig indtjekning. Der var en fin velkomstkurv med lokale madvarer og snacks ! Selve området og huset var roligt, meget lidt trafik, en hyggelig Taverna/kaffebar/supermarked i byen. (Tog ca 5 minutter at gå derned). Der var rengøring midt på ugen, det var dejligt med rene håndklæder! Huset var fint indrettet med basisvarer. Vi lavede pizzaer i stenovnen i haven og alt virkede upåklageligt. God og nem kommunikation og alt i alt levede huset op til alle vores forventninger! Hvis jeg skulle nævne nogen småting, så kunne det anbefales at få nogle hynder til stolene i perkulaen (bordet var meget højt). Et par tæpper i huset. Kaffemaskinen (som så ny ud) var meget langsom! Stempelkanden var ret slidt. At der lå lidt info i huset om affaldssortering. Tak for denne gang!

We had a wonderful stay at Thanos' villa. Thanos was so welcoming and helpful, he couldn't do enough for us. The villa was very well appointed, we had everything we needed, including two adorable stray cats.

Der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen, die Landschaft zu genießen, Sonne zu tanken. Wandern und Schwimmen kann gut kombiniert werden. Freundliche Gastgeber und super Unterkunft.

We had the best time! Maria was so friendly and everything was perfect. We were even invited to eat dinner with them and had a blast. We were 14 people and we had plent of space for us all. It was clean and we even got new towels in the middle of the week which we did not expect. Would absolutely recommend staying there.

Wir waren acht Frauen, die eine Woche in der Villa Rodea verbracht haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, der Ausblick ist wundervoll und wir hatten eine unkomplizierte Betreuung durch das Komos-Team. Wir kommen wieder.

Our stay at Mama La Roosa Villa was a dream. Petros was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing stay in Agia Pelagia. The villa was stunning - it had gorgeous ocean views from every angle, beautiful landscaping, and a modern design with every amenity needed for our trip. The villa felt quiet, private, and safe. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool and backyard dining area so much that we decided to skip the beach! The warm hospitality from Petros is what made the stay - he arranged reservations at the best local restaurants and wineries. We felt that we were able to truly experience Greece thanks to our stay with Petros at Mama La Roosa Villa. We wish we could stay longer and can’t wait to return. Thank you Petros for an unforgettable experience!

Hier ist eine sehr nette, aber klare Rezension: ⸻ Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen – ein perfekter Start in einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht top: modern, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage direkt am Meer – absolut idyllisch. Der Gartenbereich ist liebevoll gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Highlight war der beheizbare private Pool, der selbst an kühleren Tagen für perfekten Badespaß gesorgt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv gerne wieder.

The villa was excellent! We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in the glorious secluded Cretan mountains. Some things we thought were excellent: -very spacious master bedrooms -excellent pool area, bar and outdoor dining area, including barbecue -incredible views over the sea -great parking -felt very secure Some things we thought could be better: -some minor things broken (like door handles and windows), but we did stay at the end of the season and imagine they will be fixed before the next peak period -slippy floors that could be dangerous when wet -water pressure in the upstairs showers wasn’t great -kitchen is on the small side Also the villa manager Dimitris was very hospitable, responsive and friendly. And there was also a lovely cat that befriended us (we called her Lesley) who we all took a shine to. All in all we really enjoyed our time at Villa Bella Elena and would recommend it highly to large groups or families.

Des notre arrivée , nous avons été accueilli de la plus belle des manières, un apéritif nous attendez à notre venue! Malgré la barrière de la langue, nos hôtes ont fait toujours de leur mieux pour nous expliquer les règles de l’hébergement en cas de problèmes. Je tiens à remercier nos hôtes pour leurs réactivité et leur hospitalité, grâce à eux le séjour qui était déjà incroyable est devenu encore plus inoubliable!

What a wonderful stay! Antonios was incredibly communicative and greeted us warmly during check-in with fully stocked fridge, raki and a delicious platter of tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. The grounds were immaculate, the amenities were exactly as described on the listing. The location is wonderful - multiple small grocery stores located within walking distance, as well as a handful of delicious tavernas and restaurants along the water and in the nearby town. The location was excellent relative to activities on the island - we visited Knossos Palace, Skotino Cave (MAGICAL), Heraklion's Archaeology Museum, Star Beach (for some scuba diving + waterslides with the kids), and an Easter music event in a nearby town. We even rented a dune-buggy for the afternoon from the rental centre right next door. The villa itself had a great outdoor bbq, air conditioning units + smart TVs in every room, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, clothes lines, beach chairs, pool toys, you name it, it's got it!

This was an absolutely gorgeous property. It was spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. The pool and garden are beautiful. This property also felt private while being a short drive to the downtown area with all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. Would 100% recommend this property!

The pictures don’t do this view justice. It’s breathtaking! The home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is wonderful. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed time at the beach. Most of the immediate area was already shut down for the season during our stay but there is a lovely area about a mile walk away. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the coffee shops and restaurants. The house and rooms were fantastic and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we left some glasses at a restaurant. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Monica. Sie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, sie hat uns herzliche begrüßt und hat uns rundum versorgt. Die Villa ist ein wahres Träumchen. Bei der Ankunft kamen wir aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Die Villa ist herrlich gelegen. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und die Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Alles ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht und Pitsidia ist einfach ein Ort für die Seele. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und hatten eine richtige schöne Zeit in Monicas wunderschönen Villa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:-)

We stayed at Villa Harmony for one week in April. Beautiful spacious villa with large pool. A food basket was provided so there was no need to rush out to a shop on arrival. All the internal equipment in the kitchen and elsewhere is high quality and new. There was even a selection of toys for the little ones. Absolutely perfect.

De villa had alles wat we ervan verwacht hadden en meer. We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. De gezellige dorpjes met hun lekkere tabernas en de nabije kust met de mooie stranden, zijn een aanrader.

Die Gestaltung mit marokkanischen und griechischen Stilelementen erzeugte eine Wohlfühloase ganz eigener Art. Sehr sympathischer Empfang mit Fingerfood und weiteren Aufmerksamkeiten trotz verspäteter Anreise. Tolle Lage abseits touristischer Pfade.

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und hatten einen perfekten Urlaub! Es gab ein paar Mängel, aber diese wurden sofort behoben und auch als es in der gesamten Region einen Stromausfall (durch Bauarbeiten verursacht) gab, wurde sich bemüht das wir so schnell wie möglich wieder Strom hatten! Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Manolis und seinem Team. Er stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zu Seite und hatte tolle Empfehlungen wo wir zb authentisch und gut Essen gehen können! Wir können die Unterkunft für Familien oder kleinere Gruppen, die Ihre Ruhe haben möchten und dennoch kurze Wege zu Stränden und Restaurants suchen, wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

tout simplement parfait... je recommande fortement tant la résidence etait belle, que l hôte Alexandros etait au top. à notre arrivée il y avait des petites choses locales à grignoter et des boissons... piscine superbe et maison très propre et fonctionnelle. plages, petits restos et de quoi faire toutes les courses nécessaires à 2 pas... vue sur mer et aéroport... sympa pour les enfants de voir tout ces avions decoller et atterrir. merci pour tout
