We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment looked just like the pictures. We had no issues with our stay. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well. The Apartment was clean and the location is in a nice, friendly, safe atmosphere. The only recommendation is to have a tv in the bedroom, other than that I recommend this Airbnb!

Great place to book when you are in Town. The co-host was very helpful. Always available to answer any questions. The spot was clean and well maintained. I will recommend this to anyone coming in town. I will come back again in the future .

Had a great stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean with no issues whatsoever. No bugs or pests, which is always a concern when booking an Airbnb, but everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Raleigh.

This space was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The space has everything you need for a short stay in town. We would stay here again if we revisit Raleigh.

I have stayed in Raleigh post surgery at Duke and this by far has been my top tier experience. Not only was everything exactly like the photos the customer service and responsiveness was amazing. Would highly highly recommend and I’m definitely going to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Since we were staying for over a week, we bought groceries, cooked our meals, and spent time at the house as if it was home. We had nearly everything we needed while we were there. The kids loved the movie room and my youngest enjoyed the basketball game in his room. The location of the house was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Great house for a family vacation. Clarence was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property. Also, for those who might be concerned about the property allowing pets, I didn't see (or smell) any signs of dog or cat hair anywhere. I have a son with dog and cat allergies, so it was a slight concern. The house was very clean and my son had no symptoms whatsoever while staying there. We will definitely book again when we come back to the area!

Comfortable stay in a quiet , peaceful neighborhood. Roomy and plenty of space for 4 people .

We were in town to attend a conference at the convention center that is 3 blocks away. Six of us stayed at the house. The brownstone is beautiful with hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and kitchen. I believe this place to be a new home to the owner. The silverware is still in the box from the store and only four plates. The only glasses were champaign flutes or coffee mugs. There was no toaster. I believe he is still getting the place stocked sufficiently. The homeowner was very responsive to our needs. We reached out several times about a couple of issues and he made sure to come by the place to get those corrected. For example, we didn't have any hot water the first day but he had a plumber there and it was fixed by the time we got back to the house. He also had someone come in to fix the door to the balcony that wouldn't close properly. Be aware the road noise can be a bit bothersome with sirens, trains and traffic. Overall I would recommend this rental.

The home is beautiful and peaceful. Our stay was very peaceful and we would absolutely book again! Hot tub and the deer were an amazing bonus!

We were celebrating & having my wife's 60th Birthday Dinner & weekend in the Raleigh area with the family and "Everything" was GREAT, Beautiful & Clean! This home looks EXACTLY as posted. Even a spot for the children with a table & games. We definitely plan to go back to enjoy the beautiful outside deck; the pollin was very high this time!

Great experience. The place was extremely clean. The fresh fruit on the table was great when we came in late and hungry. Will definitely stay there again when visiting family!
