The space has been set up with an attention to families (pets included!), couples, and working professionals. The backyard is private, fully fenced; an oasis safe for all pets and/or children. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. WANT TO GET MARRIED I CAN DO THAT TOO :)

Fig Tree House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Semi Self Sufficient, Pet and Family Paradise

This property is perfectly suited to a family group with space to enjoy each other's company in a cosy open plan home with plenty of room to play outdoors. Borrow the kayaks (if present) and picnic gear for a day at the lake, then dine outdoors by the outside fire. The outdoor bath is a game changer for kids and adults alike! There are chickens and usually stocked vegetable garden to harvest (in summer) and plenty of off-street parking, down a long driveway. Only 15 minutes from town.

Loads of room for the whole family in this 4 bedroom house, with wonderful indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, close to the community pool, a short walk to the lake and less than a minute to sticky forest mountain bike park and walking trails. The house has a wrap around deck with sliding doors from both the dining room, lounge and master bedroom. The back deck has an outdoor table, couches and Weber bbq. The house is fully fenced, and we are happy to take dogs by arrangement.

Our recently renovated 3 bedroom cottage is set amidst a green oasis of trees, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and for the parents to relax.
