This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. The house is perfect for winter & summer with an underfloor heating and cooling. Enjoy the gas fired hot tub, sauna, ice bath and shower after a day out on the mountain or the lake. There's also plenty of fun and fitness options too including a trampoline, outdoor games, treadmill and yoga/gym equipment.

Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Modern, quiet apartment - Enjoy a stay in this newly built, beautifully furnished 1-bedroom apartment, designed for comfort and convenience. This self-contained space offers a peaceful retreat just 2.3km from town (approximately a 25min walk or 5min drive). The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in a quiet area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. We offer special discounts for the Months of May and June for longer bookings.

Rocklands Retreat

This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

Quiet farm house located midway between Wanaka and Cromwell, only a short drive off highway 6, less than one hour drive to Queenstown, in a sheltered location surrounded by kanuka bush with wide open mountain views and abundant of bird life. plenty of space for parking your cars boats horse floats. yes we can accommodate your horse too. there is 33 acres of private land for you to play on. rock climbing cliffs nearby, café and winery just a short drive away.
