Friendly, safe downtown location. New & clean 2nd story garage studio apartment with full kitchen & washer/dryer. Five blocks from downtown Pensacola’s main corridor. Palafox Street, restaurants, bars & shopping are a walkable 12 minutes(1/2 mile). Both NAS Pensacola & Pensacola Beach are a 15 min drive. This location offers quick access to festivals, parades, Blue Angel shows, Pensacon & the Blue Wahoo’s Stadium. Rest up for the McGuire’s or Double Bridge runs. Free parking. NO SMOKING!

The Cypress House

The Cypress House was built in 1908 & renovated in a coastal theme. It is very clean, cozy & offers the feeling of home away from home. The Oar House seafood restaurant is 1 block away & Bahia Mar Marina is directly across the street. The house is close to the downtown historical district, beaches, museums, restaurants/bars, the Wahoos Stadium & Pensacola NAS is 4 miles away. The house includes a FULL kitchen, fenced-in backyard with a shower and fish-cleaning area. All guests are welcome!

Cozy Bayou Home & game room near NAS Dtown Beaches

*No Pets or children under 10* No Parties $500 fine Bayou Grande Casita is a block from the water with chef's kitchen, lush beds and sofa, & game room w/ ping pong & darts. Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Edgewater Guest House

This newly remodeled cottage-style guest house features warm wood ceilings and an open layout that creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed, two TVs, a small living area and a fully equipped kitchen and bar seating. 1950’s East Hill Carriage House

Welcome to our renovated 1950s carriage house, tucked privately behind our home in East Hill. Steps from scenic Bayview Park with paddle boards, canoes, and bikes for rent, and a short ride to bars, breweries, and restaurants on 12th Avenue. Historic downtown Pensacola offers shopping, dining, and live music at Vinyl Music Hall and performances at The Saengar Theater. Plus, the stunning white sands of Pensacola Beach are a short and stunning drive away.

The Bunkalow, A Cozy Gulf Coast Getaway

Originally designed for our close family and friends, The Bunkalow is now open to ALL! We are approximately 10 miles from the white sand beaches of Pensacola and Perdido Key. We are mere minutes from the NAS gate and a short 10 minute drive from all the fun to be had downtown! This space is ATTACHED to our home but has its own parking and garden entrance. The connecting door to your unit remains locked during your stay.

Tiny Cabin in the Heart of Pcola! Free WIFI

Welcome to Aspen at The Oasis! The greenery surrounding this tiny cabin makes it feel like it's in the country yet it's only minutes to downtown, shopping, dining, the mall, and PNS airport. Pensacola beach is only 20 minutes away. Amenities include a full kitchen, large deck, WiFi, Roku TV with Netflix, Washer/Dryer, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy a peaceful stay with reasonable cleaning fees and no chore lists!

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
