Alles im gleichen Raum. Der Eingangsbereich kann gleichzeitig auch als Terrasse benutzt werden und hat einen kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühle, hier kann man gemütlich rauchen.

Unser Studio befindet sich im unteren Teil des Hauses und ist über einen separaten Eingang in der Garage zugänglich. Für genügend Stauraum sorgt der grosse Einbauschrank. Die Küche ist mit modernster Technik (Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Sauna und Kälte Bad rundet die Einrichtung ab. Das WC ist separat. Zum Studio gehört ein grosszügiger Garten mit einem kleinen Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Lounge.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend aber das Stadtzentrum ist per Tram, Bus oder Zug sehr schnell erreichbar! Haltestelle in 3‘ Fussdistanz, der See ist ebenfalls in 3‘ zu Fuss erreichbar. Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden sind in der Nähe! Mit dem Tram Nr. 2 fährt man direkt bis zum Stadion Letzigrund! Mit dem Tram Nr. 4 fährt man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen (zum Flughafen!) ist zu Fuss in 8' erreichbar.
