The Beach House a été conçue dans l’idée d’un confort privé et intime. La villa dispose de 500 m² habitable, avec 4 suites individuelles climatisées situées autour d’un espace de vie central en plein air et d’un espace repas et TV / divertissement climatisé. La suite principale "lune de miel" se trouve dans un emplacement privilégié, proche de la mer et avec accès direct à la piscine depuis la terrasse. Le plafond cathédral et les fenêtres prenant tout le mur en font un cadre impressionnant avec des vues panoramiques, visibles même depuis le jacuzzi circulaire de la salle de bain. Une deuxième chambre est située de l'autre côté de la terrasse à l'avant de la villa, comprenant également une salle de bain, un dressing et des baies vitrées. Les troisième et quatrième chambres avec salle de bain sont situées à l'arrière de la villa, l'une à l’étage supérieur et l’autre inférieur, mais une conception intelligente assure que même ces chambres bénéficient d'excellentes vues. La chambre à l'étage dispose d'un balcon surplombant la mer. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un lit King-size et peuvent accueillir 2 matelas simples supplémentaires pour deux personnes. Un îlot de cuisine entièrement équipé et une salle à manger attenante représentent un espace convivial pour les repas, toujours avec vue sur la mer. Vous trouverez également beaucoup d'espace extérieur : la terrasse autour de la piscine dispose de marches menant aux jardins paysagers près de la plage. De là, Nous pouvons également organiser un transport par bateau à longue queue ou hors-bord depuis la villa qui vous emmènera aux îles à l'horizon.
