We needed a place for two couples to share in this location near South Point Mall, and it was 'a hidden gem' of a find for us all. Perfect for the week. The kitchen was very well stocked, loved the nice bed linens, bottled water provided, wide clean garage, nice bathrooms, backyard space to enjoy a fire pit. The hostess thought of everything for our comfort and was so responsive to any needs and prepared us so we could check in and enjoy an easy arrival and stay. If you want to rent a very comfortable family home, this is it! The pictures really don't do it justice, so go ahead with this recommendation to book with Robin.

The space was accurately represented in the photos and generally met our expectations. The location was convenient and check-in was smooth. The living areas were comfortable for our group, though the property showed some signs of wear. While advertised for up to 12 people, the bathroom situation is something future guests should note - there are only two bathrooms, with the master bathroom being quite small and featuring a barn door that doesn't offer complete privacy. For larger groups, this could create some challenges with bathroom scheduling. Overall, we had a good stay, but would recommend this place for smaller groups (perhaps 6-8 people) rather than the maximum capacity of 12 if bathroom access and privacy are important to your group.

The photos do not do this beautiful home justice! Rob and Susan were absolutely fantastic and highly responsive. Instructions were clear, and all unique amenities were explained in great detail upon arrival. Because we were in town for a music festival, we could not take full advantage of the swimming pool, but it was clean and ready for use. The home and grounds were beautiful, and the house was extremely clean and comfortable. The yards (back and front) are flawless. My younger brother stopped by and wanted to know how Rob kept his yard green and meticulously maintained. A side note essential to mention: I left something at the property, and Rob and Susan went above and beyond to help me locate it. I will return to this property during a future visit to the area. Rob and Susan are the absolute BEST! Thanks for having us!

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The host was very responsive around any questions we had which was appreciated. It was a spacious house and backyard which would work well for a family. Quiet neighborhood, easy to take evening walks around in. Has washer/dryer which was helpful for an extended stay. Thanks Shawna!

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect. Wish we had another day to continue to relax. The house was clean and well organized. The house is located within 10 minutes to the airport and within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. David communicated and responded quickly to any of my inquiries. This was a perfect place for me and my 2 kitties in Durham for two months. Kay was responsive when we had some wifi troubles, and otherwide let us be (which works great for me). Plenty of room, well stocked, decent desk for my workspace, two comfy beds, nice yard. It's not a great neighborhood, but the immediate space around the house, the block we were on, was perfectly save. Adorable home, obviously a place where people have lived.

We really enjoyed this stay! The pictures looked just like the house. This place had everything we needed for our stay. Laundry was a plus for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to Raleigh. We definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and large home with generous space which ideal for families or a group. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It is probably walkable but we did not take advantage of that. Sam was helpful via messaging.

Grace's place is tranquil, relaxing, and absolutely lovely. I was close enough to town that I could walk to some of my favorite local places, and the neighborhood was so quiet and relaxing. Her place has so many lovely, thoughtful touches and she's such a gracious host. I spent just over two weeks here before moving into my permanent home in Durham. It was perfect. Nethania was a great host and her AirBNB was beautiful! It was clean and well organized! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I stayed for 3 months during the summer, and Inna has been the best host I've had. She is promptly communicative, proactive, and always exceeds expectations whenever inevitable problems arise. Definitely made my stay worthwhile for me and my roomates. The place is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. I love the fact that I can just go for a walk to destress on the Tabacco Trail that's less than half a mile away. Good vibes 😌

We had a great visit at Chelsea and David’s place. It was our family of four + our friends (also a family of four). There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and also to hang out in the “family room”. The house was well equipped for all of our needs. We will remember this place if we ever return to the area!

This is the third time we have stayed with Laura and it is our go to spot when we visit family. It is conveniently located and in a quiet pretty neighborhood where we have met a few very friendly people. Highly recommended!

Glenda’s property was great! I was in town with family for my graduation at Duke. It was a short drive to campus and the house was beautiful and very clean! It had everything we needed and Glenda was great at communicating, check in was easy, and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Durham area. It was also super central to many of my favorite spots in Downtown Durham with about a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and things to do!

This home was everything described on Airbnb. It is great for families with young kids. My boys enjoyed the media room and had their own space upstairs with arcade games they loved. Backyard is huge and open. It is not a fenced yard but still a lot of privacy. I will definitely book again.
