In de omgeving zijn mooie fiets- en wandelroutes. Het mountainbike parcour van Schoorl ligt op 5 km afstand. Steden in de nabije omgeving zijn Schagen en Alkmaar. Kort om een vakantie bestemming met volop mogelijkheden.

Zelf gebruiken we de woning ook in alle jaargetijden als uitvalsbasis naar zee en strand, bezoek aan diverse steden en bezienswaardigheden in de Randstad. Zeer geschikt voor kinderen: diverse voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

Deze prachtige studio is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde'. De studio bevindt zich op de 10de etage. (lift aanwezig) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.
