Villa Eden is a cosy and serene located bungalow in Arillas with a 20 min. walk distance to the beach. This modern villa and the salt water - infinity pool are newly build in 2023. The place is fully equipped and mosquito-screened with two rooms. A big kitchen-living room area with a wood stove and a couch/bed and one bedroom with a very comfy bed. A nice bathroom with a walk in shower. From the large terrace you can look into a beautiful lush olive grove. There is also sea view from the garden!

Agios Stefanos Bay - Villa Maria

The Villa sits high on the hillside above the quant yet stylish little fishing village of Agios Stefanos. The lofty position delivers a breathtaking combination of jaw-dropping views, cooling sea breezes and luxurious seclusion. It is hard not to feel the teeniest bit smug sitting here, drink in hand, as the sky fades from blue to blush and lights from the beautiful quaint fishing village begin to twinkle over the waters of the charming bay beneath, out towards the open abyss of the Ionian Sea.

The oak house in Ano Korakiana

A small pathway leads you to this quiet, secluded and unique a-frame in the woods that overlooks the stables. It has a loft bedroom. Downstairs there is a small shower bathroom, adequate kitchen and a comfortable living room space. The rustic setting draws you outside. The trees, the flowers, the hammock, the picnic table, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. It is stunning. "Just like a fairytale". Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
