This is a great space. There are so many sitting areas to enjoy the relaxation and seclusion. I will recommend this spot to everyone in my home town of Monroe/West Monroe Louisiana that is looking for a couples retreat. The place is also so close and easy to everything a person might come to Hot Springs for (very important). We will come back, for sure. Thank you Donna and Luke

This place was absolutely beautiful and such a cozy home. Kristi was responsive and the communication was great. She even let us check-in a couple hours early since the place was vacant the day before. The only con was the hot tub needed a part ordered and it wasnt going to be installed until after our trip ended. My gf and I were not able to enjoy it the first night. However, it started heating up and it work the rest of our trip! This also was not a damper on our vaction, as we decided to extend our stay for another night because we liked it so much! I brought some poles and we fished off the private dock, enjoyed staying in while it stormed and rested in the hot tub at night. All of her TVs were connected to all the streaming platforms, making movie nights an ease. I would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the kayaks they provide, as it was too cold to enjoy them.This place was very much worth it and we had an amazing time. Thank you for the great memories we made!

Had a fantastic time here, the host are extremely freindly and pleasant to talk too. Good quality kyaks let us traverse the river and lake. Very close to city, able to reach tons of restraunts with a short drive.

The spot is perfectly located on the upper half of the lake, RIGHT next to one of the best local restaurants in the area. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub and view of lake was awesome. Will absolutely be back!!

Secluded stay within 10 minutes from national park, shopping, restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with our pups, it was so peaceful. Some reviews mentioned the steep driveway, our 2WD RAV4 did just fine.

We loved the cabin. The host thought of everything we would need for our stay. Plenty of towels, phone chargers, and kitchen equipment. The reusable food containers came in handy for our picnic trip to the state park. Movie night in the bunk room with the kids, meals on the screened in deck, and s’mores at the fire pit were a hit. Lots of family memories made. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great value. Felt comfortable. Very homey. Sharon went the extra mile with providing some cold bottled water, snacks, and even coffee and creamer. I slept very good; bed was super comfortable. We had everything we needed! Very peaceful community. Loved seeing the neighbor’s cat and the free-roaming chickens! Don’t hesitate to book this listing. You will not regret it!

No words can adequately describe how awesome Dewitt is! His cottage is adorable, so so clean, and to top that off Dewitt will bend over backwards to see that you have a great time. It’s a perfect quiet escape and the views are amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back! Feels like home away from home and Dewitt feels like your favorite family member. We had a great weekend staying at Lisa's place, the location was perfect. Beautiful and peaceful, right across from the park, easy access to National Park trails and a short walk to town. The cottage was cozy and comfortable, with a grassy yard for our pup, comfortable bed, and extras like peppermint tea and quality coffee from a local roaster. We would definitely stay here again and recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Hot Springs. We love horse racing and also enjoy peace and quiet. This was the perfect combination for our trip to the Arkansas Derby. The location was ideal as it was close to the track. After a full day at the race we enjoyed the beautiful deck on the lake for a quiet evening. I would highly recommend this cottage. We loved our stay here! The cottage was super cool with it being built into the mountain and everything was clean and comfortable. Great location as well! Lauren was super helpful with instructions and tips and check-in/out were a breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!

My daughter and I had a great time. It was pet friendly with plenty of space for us. we loved it!

Very nice place. Good location. Walking distance to trail, which was good for morning dog walks. Short drive to downtown and even shorter drive to the casino. Elmer was always quick with communication response and was very friendly. Would stay here again.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay! Check in and out was super easy and we loved sitting on the back deck. The water is quite a bit colder than what we are normally used to but it didn't stop us from floating every day that we were there!

Lovely and peaceful stay. Host was super easy to communicate with and really friendly. Beautiful spot for the eclipse. Only about 30 minutes from Hot Springs and quick access to Lake Ouachita. Would definitely stay again!

Our family truly enjoyed this home. It was a peaceful haven for our busy family and a great venue for reconnecting. We were delighted to spy the deer and we enjoyed the back deck, as well as the gazebo and firepit. It is obvious that a lot of work and TLC went into this home's renovation. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Our family (including teens, kids, and a toddler) had plenty of room. The kids especially enjoyed the boardgames and visits from the friendly pups of a neighbor. We would love to stay here again!

Place was immaculate and in a beautiful lake. Krissy was the best host we have ever had. She is very attentive and takes care of you. I would definitely come back and stay at her place. Clean and cozy and lots of amenities.

This place feels like home and is only maybe a 5 min drive from downtown! Exactly like the pictures shown. Beds are extremely comfy and house was exceptionally clean. Host was incredibly helpful and provided all necessary instructions to make sure our stay went smoothly. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to hot springs!
