It is a home stay worth every penny with all the amenities. Would recommend for a team gathering with lots to do in and around the city.

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. Amazing farm stay with beautiful features and on time services during the stay

We were a group of five friends and absolutely loved our stay at Sam's Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout. The location is great—peaceful yet well-connected to everything in Pune. It was the perfect spot for us to relax, hang out, and make some great memories. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pune—thank you for the warm hospitality!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The place is perfect to stay with kids as it has lot of indoor games a threatre room to chill with family. The caretaker is just a call away and very polite. The host Barkha is extremely sweet and understanding. Just for information non veg is not allowed in the property. I highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

The place needs urgent repairs, the main door of the house doesn't shut, which is risky, the door of one of the upper floor bedroom doesn't shut. they have only 2 rooms in the bungalow, the 3rd room is separately located in the basement. Overall the house is neat and clean but the 3rd room which is in the basement stinks of perfume, has already occupied stuff in room and also the wadrobe is filled with clothes and stuff. The 3rd room is very poorly ventilated and took us a lot of time to getaway with that perfume smell which was all over the room. even on blankets. The caretaker makes this place much better, she is very responsive and cooked us good meals, got us things from market at all genuinely affordable price. The swimming pool ladder is broken and pool experience was average. I felt the price of the bungalow could have been less around 8-9k. 12-13k is a bit too expensive for this bungalow. overall pleasant experience.

We were a group of 8 people and we had a blast here. Sanika was friendly and very accommodating. One thing about the stay that I’d point out is the breakfast, we all devoured the breakfast every single day. Sanika gave great recommendations, helped us throughout the stay with every minute detail. It was an overall amazing stay♥️ Highly recommend it

The place was luxurious and beautiful. Wonderful valley views and a fantastic infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and huge, and the place is done up beautifully.. very eclectic taste. The food was so so good. And Ushama was on top of everything and nothing moved an inch without her approval. She was so helpful and she recommended us great dishes. The only hitch in a near perfect vacation was the approach road… we went with 2 SUVs yet, one couldn’t make it all the way to the house.. as the tyre punctured while trying to race up the gravel… and the second one barely made it.. but Ushama made sure we got proper parking and a mechanic for the car which didn’t make it. But I would recommend this place and although we went in March, I’m sure it’ll look divine in the monsoons .. big thumbs up for this one .

Host was very helpful and acclimating. Probably one of the coolest villa in goa, great interiors and fitting, exceptional service by the staff and overall a must book villa. Definitely staying there again next time!

Neo retro is a such a fantastic find that it’s definitely making it to our repeat list. I have proactively told anyone I care to talk to about using this property as a getaway from Bombay. Accurate description, extremely clean and well maintained. Very thoughtfully laid out spaces for multiple groups of people to hang out together or do their own thing. The caretaking staff is respectful, ever present but very non intrusive. Ruchi is such a gracious and accommodating host, very responsive and mindful. The whole operation is run like a very tight ship, from check in, check out to food service. The food service from Ruchi’s home kitchen is exactly what the doctor ordered, simple home cooked style food, but very tasty. I have to say I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised with this find. Definitely got a lot of brownie points from my family for finding this space. Do not miss this one!!

Lovely Bharat tiles flooring, electronic mosquito mesh for windows in every room. Check in was super smooth and they accommodated a late check out

The place is awesome and more than one could imagine 🎉 the place is perfect for family stay parting chilling lots of activities to do.❣️food is awesome I was with my family and the loved it they were not ready to leave the place the garden the pool the bbq and the food was awesome 🎊 welcomed us with welcome board friendly care taker and welcome drinks the place is 100% clean and spotless the caretaker are very helpful very much to do lots of indore and outdoor activities that you can enjoy at the place everything as described ❤️ loved the place and waiting to visit again my whole family enjoyed and the best part is that they were comparing the place with 7 star and 5 star hotels stating that still this villa is better my mom forced and said I dare if you won't give this place a 5 star you will have it from me my whole family enjoyed the stay and to be honest I could give this place 100 stars each and every penny is worth that you spent and you won't regret it thank you shardul ❤️❤️❤️
