Pretty good! I had a one night stay only. But pretty good location and it’s not as bad as the other reviews! I wouldn’t mind staying again at his place.

This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the Nesco Bombay exhibition centre, within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet family society with elevators and walking area in the premises. It’s walking distance to a mall with cinema and eateries and grocery. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The in-house gentleman helped out with cooking and cleaning with a smile and was always courteous. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful experience right from the word go...The host is very cooperative and genuine as she was very flexible with our checking timings. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We would love to be again there !!!!

Very peaceful, tranquil, and lovely place with an excellent host and overall management. The professionalism and comfort was so good that when I needed to extend my stay, I didn't need to look elsewhere, and instead chose the same place. centrally located and easy to get around to all the major points in the city. especially appreciate the level of cleanliness and hygiene that the staff guarantee as that was important to me. Thank you to the host and the management is the reason I'm even extending my stay. wonderful and thoughtful people are hard to find these days, so I very much appreciate them.

We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at this lovely apartment in Kandivali East. The space was squeaky clean, including the bathroom, which I really appreciated. All the listed amenities were exactly as described and fully functional, making the stay hassle-free. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. The cleaner also did a great job of maintaining cleanliness during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and well-managed stay in Mumbai suburb.

Great space, the house is clean, stocked up, great essences, one thing to note is, it is a bit secluded, so it’s difficult to find uber drivers to go there also zomato will take orders after 11 or so but the rider will not come mentioning they are scared for some reason. However all the amenities to make food are present.

I booked the airbnb for my elderly parents and it was the perfect choice. The house was extremely comfortable and accessible with a perfect location. The host Abbas was very understanding and flexible with our early check in request. Special shout out to the caretaker Imdad who kept checking in on my parents and went an extra mile to make them comfortable during their stay. Will definitely book again and highly recommend !

It was my first time booking an Airbnb, and I had my apprehensions, but my first stay at Sidharth & Pavika’s place was nothing short of a dream come true. We were looking for a break from the corporate life, and what better way to connect to the nature than staying in the Airbnb. The apartment had all the elements to give a much needed “pause”, nestled between the forests with close proximity to the “it” places in goa, this property has everything that one could ask for. The owners were actively involved in helping us out with every single detail and recommendations to make our stay fruitful and relaxing. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einem Bereich mit alter Wohnbebauung. Die geschäftige Hauptstraße ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles ist wie beschrieben, funktionell und komfortabel. Sapna hat sich um alles gekümmert und hat mich persönlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Ich komme gerne wieder.

This is a lovely little Airbnb and is exactly like it looks in the photos. Clean, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Mohit is a great host too. very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
