The condo was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do in NMB- golf, shopping, great restaurants. The hosts Brian and Michael were awesome- very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend their place for your stay.

This was a perfect retreat for me and my daughters during our visit to Myrtle beach. The house was lovely and welcoming, it was well appointed with everything we needed, was comfortable, quiet and only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach! Anne was very friendly and responsive. I feel grateful for our time here.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and by far the nicest rental property I've had the pleasure of staying. It was immaculate from top to bottom and is nestled in a nice, welcoming neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed our time here, and recommend this home to any small family looking for a nice, calm, relaxing getaway. Jim really knocked it out of the park with this listing.

My wife and I spent a month in Patricia's home. It was comfortable and homey. Very short walk to beautiful Surfside Beach. She had several beach chairs which were appreciated and used often. Our only disappointment was that it wasn't available next year for the period we were looking to stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and all the dinnerware and silverware you would need. Patricia was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would give our stay 5 stars in every aspect!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach home. It was very clean, had everything one could possibly need while on vacation including a spacious back yard with patio. The house is so close to the beach that it made it very easy to go every day, especially with two young kids. It's also very close to all kinds of attractions and restaurants that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had prior to our trip. This has been our best stay at Myrtle Beach so far!

We had an excellent stay and cannot say enough good things about our stay! The location is perfect, so much to do within walking distance. You really cannot beat the location of this house. We utilized the optional golf cart rental and it was ready and waiting for us which was so convenient. Lisa was such a friendly and responsive host who answered all of our questions quickly. This place is exactly what a beach house should be, cozy and comfortable with an excellent location!

Quiet (except for new some construction) location and outstanding views from Janet & Mark's place! Comfortably and attractively decorated. Especially loved the cotton sheets and towels when so many are using micro-fiber these days: ( Access to the beach (last access on west side of island) & nature reserve was great, and sunsets over Bird Island were perfection. Jason was an outstanding host, and his place was perfect for our family of five! We were in town for the Spring Classic youth soccer tournament, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—within 15 minutes from both venues. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jason was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us a later check-out, which we truly appreciated. We’ll definitely be booking with Jason again any time we’re back in Myrtle Beach—highly recommend!

Loved the location and the house felt beachy and comfortable. There is a step down into the kitchen, sharing as FYI for those with littles or those with some mobility issues. Everything was tidy and clean. Had some issues with the golf cart upon arrival and the washing machine unfortunately blew a fuse and needed a replacement part. We made do with the laundromat on site and the golf cart was fixed up within a day. Had wonderful experiences with all Ocean Lakes staff we dealt with and the communication with Cindy was great - she was very responsive and covered the cost of a golf cart rental for the day while the other was being fixed - we were very appreciative. All in all had a great stay and really loved the decor of the house and short walk down to the beach.
