Super cozy and charming spot in Southport! Information in the description was thorough and spot on. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy a coffee on the front porch or relax out back by the fire pit. Comfy beds and all the amenities. Great to have washer and dryer on site as well. Close to everything whether walking or by bicycle. Amy is a fantastic and responsive host. Would recommend and stay again.

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

Wonderful stay! Absolutely fabulous owners who were quick to respond to messages. On the quieter side of the island which is what we were looking for our stay. Easy, enjoyable walk(took about 10 mins) to the beach with the use of a provided wagon to haul our belongings. Bike are provided but we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use them. Fenced in back yard that was dreamy and so peaceful. There were few hiccups(no bed linens and the a/c went out upstairs) which were out of the owners control but Tammy was quick to respond and have them taken care of. The house was clean, inviting and fully stocked. The little touches were appreciated. Wonderful stay for a family! Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Cozy Cottage was a very attractive and easy house to live in. We appreciated the well-outfitted kitchen, good wifi, comfortable and functional furnishings, single floor layout, ample storage options, the laundry room, three Roku equipped tvs, having a charcoal grill, access to plenty of cleaning supplies/tools, being in a quiet residential neighborhood and the large, fully fenced in yard. We found the location convenient - a short drive to beaches and golf courses, five miles to the Southport riverfront, six to the Fort Fisher ferry terminal, and grocery stores even closer. Garret is a very kind, accommodating and responsive host that made the process from booking to checkout a pleasure. It was perfect for our group of four adults and a big dog. It felt like home - we’d definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is close to both Carolina and Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, lots of restaurants and shopping! A great central location to everything! This house has a great layout with lots of room and cute decorations. The beds were very comfortable! We look forward to staying there again!

I had an amazing experience at this Air Bnb and with Rachel! To start off the AirBnb is in an amazing location right in between Carolina beach and Wilmington so perfect spot! Air Bnb was very clean, very roomy, very relaxing and cozy as well! Has the fire pit in the backyard and a separated area for the dogs to run around! Was a perfect place for me! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Rachel has been! She explains everything from the beginning so that way there are no surprises during check out. She also recommended some amazing places to try! Probably the most communicative host I have had! I would completely disregard the awful review that was given before me. Clearly some people do not know how to follow rules and then like to blame others because they can not take responsibility for their own actions. Please please stay at this Air bnb in your next trip to Wilmington you will not regret it! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again Rachel will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Wilmingt

I couldn't recommend this place enough! The house is beautiful and the outside area is an amazing place to hangout. It is within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was easy and the host gave a great website on instructions for check-in and check-out process and local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

very much enjoyed our stay! was close enough to walk to the beach if we wanted to. Took a nice bike ride with the provided bikes! Felt at home with my pups first beach trip! would definitely plan a trip back!

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. One of the best Air Bnb’s! The photos didn’t do this place justice. The decor, ambiance, the balcony view, the amenities and cleanliness… all amazing. The location is unbeatable as well. We were so impressed upon walking in and my husband and I agreed we’d stay here again for all future trips. Just to add, the bathroom was really nice and spacious as well. The outdoor fire pit was a great way to relax in the evening. The place was quiet and beautiful. We had a great stay :)

We found Marylin’s place to be clean, comfortable and cozy. We spend family time on Oak Island and while we love them, sometimes it’s nice to get away from the hustle and bustle grandchildren create. Marylin’s place was perfect. Clean with a really comfortable bed. We used the fridge for drinks, but never cooked there. It’s quiet, remote and peaceful. Highly recommend this location. Hopeful of coming back again, soon!

Because this will definitely matter to some people, it should be noted this space is the upstairs of a garage with a garage door that get used (for us, it was around 7am and 10pm both days). The space itself is very clean and neat, good water pressure (and heat) in the shower, bed was not uncomfortable. Perfect size for my son and I. I think 4 would be crowded, but certainly doable especially since the price (for us at least) was very reasonable. The house is only a few min from the north side of town and we loved being away from all the hubbub of a "downtown" and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood! Chris was super nice and responsive. Next year when the spring tournament comes around again, this place will be at the top of our list.

This trip was a quick overnight stay, as we are looking at houses in Longs and Loris SC. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times. This time we brought our daughter and she had an amazing time and told us that she wants to come back! She loved her loft bed and Miss Jamie and Mr. Jared so much and they were so nice and always wanted to go find “Mr. Bear “the cat. She also enjoyed the hammock too! We would always feel so welcome whenever we got there and throughout our stay, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly place to stay, very clean and has all the amenities as you would need and plus so close to the beach! It’s like going home to see Family every time we go feeling welcome, and you couldn’t get much more than that when you go. We stayed in “Torguga” as we always do it’s our favorite spot and love every inch of it! If we needed anything, they were right there to help or answer any questions that we had! We will definitely be back!!!

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.

Amazing stay if you are looking for a simple and quiet place this is it. It is in a great location only a mile from the beach. Definitely will be coming back to stay.
