Rethymno : locations de maisons de vacances

Parfait séjour. La villa est magnifique, très propre et agréable. Située a 15min en voiture de Rethymnon. Parfaite pour explorer la partie Ouest de Crête. Vue magnifique. Maison très facile à vivre. Piscine et Jacuzzi (2 places) au top. Ménage fait à mi séjour. Un de nos meilleurs séjours.

1er séjour en Crète, le choix a été de se positionner à l’ouest pour visiter en 1 semaine que l’ouest. Kalives est donc bien localisé (25 mn de l’aéroport). La maison est aussi bien située : à la fois au calme et proche de nombreux restaurants sur la plage et à proximité à pied d’un supermarché. La maison est très spacieuse avec ses 3 belles chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain (4 toilettes) . Elle est également jolie, très propre et très bien équipée. À notre arrivée à 20h30 c’est très appréciable d’avoir le nécessaire dans le frigo pour 24h et les produits ménagers. Nous y étions mi-avril (we pascal) avec deux ados (de 14 et 17 ans) qui ont également très appréciés l’endroit. Le seul petit regret c’est de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine car les températures étaient trop fraîches (Baignade en mer plus facile). Nous avons pu quand même manger dehors, sauf 2-3 soirs. Anthonis (propriétaire) est très prévoyant et à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Bonne surprise : le ménage mi-parcours.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous. It is in a small town with no facilities (apart from a very informal cafe next door), but the quiet area was exactly what we were looking for. Yes there are some dogs etc, but not excessive, the noise is just local life in the town, which was actually really lovely. The hosts were extremely communicative, we had a few minor issues, but they were sorted in a matter of minutes! Loads of tavernas, beaches, supermarkets within a very short drive, spoilt for choice for loads of amazing food. Highly recommend a stay here, the villa, area, food and people were all fantastic.

Our family had an amazing time here! It was a great central location for excursions, and had several restaurants within walking distance as well as some flat roads for jogging. The house was perfect for our needs with a great layout. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the clean modern furnishings. Minoas’s communication was excellent! A wonderful host who provided kitchen basics for the start of our stay and a lovely gift at the end. We would love to stay here if we return to Crete.

Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables dans cette splendide villa. Tout est conçu avec goût et avec de beaux matériaux. Tout est extrêmement propre. La vue est splendide. On s’y sent bien à peine la porte d’entrée franchie. Maria a toujours été réactive à la moindre de nos questions. Et l’environnement est magnifique. Il n’y a vraiment absolument rien de négatif à dire! C est un sans faute ! Nous étions séduits !

We were a party of five, my wife and I and 3 30 year olds, our two twins and a son-in-law. We all couldn't say enough good things about this home: the view has to be one of the best on the whole island, relaxing, extremely private and immediately felt right at home. Starting and ending each day with that view, I didn't need anything else, but there is as much to do as you want. For example, just 6 minutes down the hill, you have the great little town of Platka with a few delicious local restaurants, market and a nice sports bar if you want a cocktail...like me. Another 10 minutes down the hill you come to Alymrida, the small coastal city that has nearly a dozen varied restaurants right on the water. 40 minutes away is the charming city of Chania, the jewel of Crete. This home is centrally located, 20+ minutes from the highway to go anywhere you wish to go...but keep in mind your leaving this view behind. I hope you enjoy it half as much as we did.

Maison neuve et joliment décorée et avec tout le nécessaire. Endroit parfait proche de la plage à pied et du centre de Plakias. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs. Je recommande sans hésiter.

This is a perfect place to stay in Apokoronas. Michael is kind and responsive host. Fokion’s place is spotless. There is also a lot of care put into details. The garden is lovely and the view spectacular. It’s apparent that a lot of love went into putting it all together. We thank you for an excellent stay.

Notre séjour en famille a été encore plus agréable qu'espéré. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous. La maison (Polymnia) est exactement comme décrite et illustrée par les photos. La vue et l'environnement sont incroyables, alors que la piscine a enchanté les enfants. La maison est parfaitement entretenue et propre. Les lits sont confortables et les climatisations dans les chambres sont très efficaces. L'équipement global est complet. La cuisine comporte tous le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner, avec également les condiments de base. Chrysi est une hôte extrêmement disponible agréable dans le contact. Très réactive, elle a toujours répondu à nos demandes, aussi petites soient-elles. Elle aime sa région et n'hésite pas à partager sa connaissance par la biais de précieux conseils. Nous recommandons sans retenue cet endroit tout simplement magique.

This is a great place to stay in if you are looking for a lovely villa and pool in a very quiet and private location. The main sound is the goat bells ringing across the hills, yes really! Although it’s in the countryside there is easy access to the coast and the nearest village Vamos. Recommend trying the restaurants in Vamos. The hosts Judy and Mike are fantastic and are there to help if needed but otherwise give you space to enjoy this lovely place. Thanks very much Judy and Mike!!

Emplacement au top pour découvrir Matala avec une superbe vue sur mer et grottes. Sofia a laissé des attentions pour ses voyageurs comme de l’eau fraîche et des fruits qui étaient très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un séjour à Matala.

Hôtes accueillants et réactifs. Logement confortable, agréable et fonctionnel. Situé au calme de la ville, tout en restant à moins de 10 min du centre ville. Je recommande vivement...

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. We waren de eerste gasten dit seizoen, en alles was keurig schoon. John stond ons op te wachten met wat drankjes en snacks voor ons bij aankomst. Via Whats-app was John heel goed bereikbaar en reageerde heel snel. De omgeving is prachtig, en vanaf het hele huis is er een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Veel privacy en rust in dit grote huis en tuin. Rondom het huis zijn verschillende zitjes. Zo is er altijd een mogelijkheid om in de schaduw (of juist de zon) te zitten. De slaapkamers zijn ruim genoeg, en ook overal zijn gewoon ramen (ik las ergens in een recensie dat dat niet het geval zou zijn). Op de onderste verdieping is een heerlijke chill-plek met de pooltafel en een extra zithoek. Heel fijn dat er genoeg handdoeken zijn en er wordt zelfs schoongemaakt elke 3 of 4 dagen. Wat een luxe! Kortom; zeker een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen im schönen Ort Sivas. Von dort kann man fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten alles wichtige wie Restaurants und Mini-Märkte im Ort erreichen. Es war sehr sauber, die große Terrasse lässt sich bei gutem Wetter prima für Mahlzeiten oder entspannte Abende nutzen. Leider war es abends bei uns richt frisch und windig, sodass es dafür nicht gereicht hat.

We thought it wasn't easy to pick a place in Chania, but Ioannis' place was a perfect choice. Located right across the street from a nice beach it was ideal for our small family. Ioannis let us check in early and despite not meeting him in person during check-in, we felt warmly welcomed. Everything we needed was there and he even left us fruit, water and chocolate, which was a nice touch. It was very child friendly and even had some beach toys and games. Warmly recommending it and would return - it's a true gem. Also, thank you for the assistance during our stay and the personal recommendations.

Meine 4 besten Freundinnen und ich haben eine Woche in dem Häuschen von Tom verbracht und wir waren von vorne bis hinten begeistert! Die Aussicht von der wunderschönen Terrasse war traumhaft und wir haben es geliebt, hier zu frühstücken, Abend zu essen, an dem Grill zu grillen oder einfach nur zusammen zu sitzen und Spiele zu spielen. Das Haus selbst war ebenfalls richtig hübsch und sehr ordentlich. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Die Räume sind in wirklich viel geräumiger, als sie auf den Fotos scheinen, was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Die Küche war mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Dusche hatte immer warmes Wasser und der Duschkopf einen guten Wasserdruck. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Jedes Zimmer ist meiner AC ausgestattet. Ab und zu wurden wir von einem zucker-süßen Dackel besucht. Tom ist sehr nett und offen für Empfehlungen! Wir können die Unterkunft von Tom mehr als empfehlen und würden uns freuen, irgendwann wiederzukommen. :)

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

Een must go! Wat een fantastisch appartement! Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en meer dan dat. Nog nooit zo’n volledig uitgeruste keuken gezien. Super luxe afgewerkt op twee verdiepingen en als toppunt een heerlijke jacuzzi. Wat een juweel. En alles brandschoon en luxer en ruimer dan we hadden verwacht. Wij vonden alleen de matrassen erg hard maar dit is persoonlijk. Contact met de host was top. Veel beter hebben wij eigenlijk nog nooit gezien voor deze prijs/kwaliteits verhouding. Het dorpje is super leuk en gezellig. Zeker als je van local houdt. Met een aantal leuke eetgelegenheden. Winkeltjes en supermarkten. Mochten we nadelen noemen Bereikbaarheid met de auto is niet best en niet te doen voor mensen die bang zijn ingesteld. Wij hebben de auto altijd beneden geparkeerd in het dorp. Zo’n 5 min lopen. Verder vond mijn vrouw het niet zo fijn en ook zielig dat het appartement echt naast wat armere mensen zat. Dat voelde voor haar niet zo fijn. Maar verder voor ons een 6 sterren

Eleni & Michalis’s apartment was perfect! Very roomy and modern! Crete is huge, so their apartment was centrally located and easy to drive to all the beautiful beaches and important points of interest that tourists would love to see! The apartment is near some beautiful beaches and great great affordable restaurants to dine at!! I found Crete absolutely beautiful with so many things to do with all types of activities!! (something for everyone) Crete is very family oriented so lots of choices for children as well! Michalis & Eleni are very helpful and really easy to help you when you need it! Thank you me and my family had a wonderful time!!!

Het verblijf is zeer mooi gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de vallei. Het is redelijk afgelegen en je hebt een auto nodig om er te komen, maar dat maakt het verblijf op deze locatie juist bijzonder. Met de auto is het een paar minuten rijden naar een kloof en een mooie waterval. Het is zo’n 20 minuten rijden naar verschillende mooie (redelijk rustige, ondanks het hoogseizoen) stranden en een klooster. De wifi was bij aankomst even zoeken, maar na wat hulp van de buren verderop werkte het over het algemeen redelijk (wij verbleven in het onderste gedeelte en de modem staat in het bovenste gedeelte). Het appartement is ruim en fijn ingericht, net als het terras. Het enige dat werd gemist in de keuken waren een schaar en een scherp mes. Het bed is wellicht wat smal met zijn tweeën gedurende warme zomerse nachten. Voor de yoga liefhebbers; mijn vrouw baalde ervan dat ze haar mat niet bij zich had, een prachtige plek om yoga te beoefenen. Bedankt voor een fijn verblijf!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce logement ! Situé à proximité d'une plage magnifique et idéale pour les familles, ainsi que de bons restaurants, l'emplacement est tout simplement parfait. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, avec des jouets et des affaires de plage mis à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Giana nous a accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée, avec des gâteaux et du raki, une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Le seul point a avoir en tête, qui n'est pas directement lié au logement, est la qualité du wifi dans la région. Elle est plutôt mauvaise, ce qui peut rendre le télétravail difficile. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour. Merci encore à Gianna son leur accueil et sa disponibilité !

The house is in a great location in a quiet village. It is an ideal place to get quiet from the city's noise. A stone house from an earlier era that has, of course, been renovated but at the same time has kept the character of an old village house. Mr. Frantzeskakis was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all! Until we meet again!
