Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Fox In The Sand was renovated completely March 2022! Our home is located in the family friendly dog friendly coastal community of Oak Island, NC. LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF OAK ISLAND Dr. NO MAJOR Road TO CROSS. Crossing the G.V. Barbee Bridge which is the closest to our home, a nostalgic feeling comes over you! This timeless town has attracted families year after year since the early 19th century. Our 10 miles of beach will always be our main attraction perfect for every outdoor activity

House of Zen-Fenced/Bikes/Firepit/Outdoor shower!

The House of Zen is a charming beach cottage located minutes from the Oak Island's Beaches. Relax by the outdoor fire pit in a FENCED backyard that is great for your children and pets! The beach access is an easy drive, walk, or bike ride. We have bikes, beach chairs, lawn games, and a buggy to make the trip down to the beach easier or visit close parks and restaurants. The detached building, Zen Den, has a bedroom set up and an office for those who need a remote workplace for a longer stay!

Southport's Canary Cottage is a newly renovated southern, cottage located in a small, historic town along the Cape Fear River! Canary Cottage is located 1 mile from Southport, 2 minutes from the ferry's at Deep Point Marina & 20 minutes to the Oak Island beaches! While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum.
