I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Zhanna was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything super easy from check-in to check-out. The little touches like champagne and fresh flowers made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Whole Foods directly across the street. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Great apartment and location. Chris was very easy to communicate with and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The bedroom is very quiet and comfortable and the apartment, though a little on the darker side, is consequently very private, especially for being right in the middle of the city. I would stay there again!

Sheila is a great host. She showed remarkable hospitality, flexibility, and understanding. Her place is a peaceful sanctuary.

This home was the perfect sanctuary for our family of 6 plus a toddler. Lots of fun games in the gameroom made this a great spot to entertain our grandkid.

Absolutely stunning house, lots of room, perfect for our family. Just beautiful, clean, a place for everyone. The projector was so fun to watch a movie on, kitchen is gorgeous, everything was great. The area is very nice also. Had a great family vacation here especially because of the amazing house. We would love to come back. Host is very responsive and accomodating. Emily’s house is beautiful and was a great place for our family of 3 to stay for a few nights. Our toddler loved the toys, books, trampoline, and the kid-sized picnic table in the backyard, where we ate many of our meals. The adults enjoyed the short walk to the many excellent restaurants on Park Blvd, the simple and elegant furnishings and decor, and the Samsung Frame TV. Emily was an excellent and responsive host. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

Joanne was very responsive, flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean and well equipped. Pretty big rooms and two of them with bathrooms en suite. Big back yard potentially great for summer visitors, though it needs garden furniture. I recommend it highly and will probably rent it again.

Nelson’s place was very nice, and was one of few places available with a pool, in a reasonable and competitive price range. Although they were dated and showing some wear, the furnishings were comfortable, and the space was adequately equipped to prepare and serve meals. The location was convenient, felt safe and offered great views. We enjoyed our time here and felt that the price fairly represented the space, reasonable, comfortable, safe, and fun.

This stay was excellent! You are right in Santana Row which has great eating and shopping and you also get an indoor parking space which is very convenient. Ginger and Justin were very kind and easy to communicate with! Ginger even takes the time to meet you in person and show you the apartment and make sure all your questions are answered which is a nice personal touch! Thank you Ginger and Justin!

Stayed here for my before wedding preparations and it was amazing. Simply amazing. I’m from the city so I may be biased on ease of location but the Japanese restaurants in the area are delicious and I ate at the same one every day I was there before heading to Maui.

I had a wonderful time at Zen Sunrise! It was even better than in the pictures and the abundance of plants and the apartment's general aesthetics were exactly what I needed after New York. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room with ample storage. The uneven, heated pebble floor in the bathroom was also a highlight. It is located in possibly the best part of SF with great food, grocery, and running options all within walking distance. It was my first time staying in a room airbnb and I felt very welcome with a lot of privacy. I'd would strongly recommend staying here!
