That was the point when it, and a handful of others, were built in the mid 1960’s to showcase Northern California’s famed Sea Ranch project —and the way humans might one day find a better way to live with nature.

Experience all The Sea Ranch has to offer when you stay at our modern Sea Ranch home in a light-filled living space with golden meadow views. Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

Located in historic Condo Unit 2 and designed by the original architects, Moore Lyndon Turnbull Whitaker. The home sits adjacent to The Sea Ranch Lodge, with direct access to 10 miles of coastal trails & all The Sea Ranch amenities . It has been thoroughly updated with today's convenience and comfort in mind. Unwind, unplug, relax in this unique paradise on the coast.

Balina: ocean views, hot tub, pets OK, remodeled

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.

The Gray Fox Dacha, a concept design retreat in Sea Ranch, outfitted with elemental, organic materials. With spectacular ocean views and perched on a hillside amongst fragrant shore pines, towering redwoods, and rugged, windswept cypress, this sunlit, eclectically designed smart home is ethereal and airy. The Gray Fox Dacha offers a constellation of lovingly curated spaces with globally-sourced artifacts from the host’s personal collection.

Redwoods Treehouse

Listen to the waves crashing from this beautiful home nestled among the California Redwoods. Less than 1.5 miles (5 min) to Black Point Beach. Entire home has hardwood floors, natural lighting, skylights, and lights that can be dimmed for whatever your mood. Snippets of the ocean can be viewed between the trees, which also block most of the wind. Kitchen has a two burner stove, oven, and full refrigerator. Handicapped accessible.

The Wild Kindness: Modern Seclusion in a 3bd home

The Wild Kindness has opened our 2nd property and our first at Sea Ranch. This family-friendly 3BR, 2BA home is surrounded by redwoods on a quiet cul de sac, 5 minutes to Gualala, Del Mar Rec Center, Sea Ranch Golf Course, and walkable to the coast. Enjoy modern, comfortable furnishings, and great amenities. The house comfortably sleeps 6, has a futon for a 7th, fast fiber-optic internet, and a Tesla charger.

One story condo with amazing ocean views! Living room has large picture windows looking out towards the ocean. Located in the town of Gualala and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Very fast and reliable wifi. EV Charging Station. Guests can take advantage of the numerous hiking trails and beaches nearby. Enjoy a cup of coffee provided for you while gazing out over the ocean.

Heart’s Reach: Cozy Cabin + Ocean Views

Heart's Reach at Sea Ranch is a cozy home located west of Hwy 1 between Stengel and Shell beaches. Enjoy ocean views off two decks, one with gas grill, the other off the primary bedroom with a hot tub, perfect for star gazing. Updated and fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, community pool. High speed Wifi, ROKU TV, Alexa speaker, linens provided.
