ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

Enjoy this quaint, peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

There's a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub. There's a queen size bed, 6' couch, dining table/chairs and fridge. You can BBQ and use the patio table. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights from comfy seats on the deck.
