Breakfast items are included for your use: Eggs, English muffins, Oatmeal, Grits, various teas & coffees, and Reverse Osmosis water.

In the heart of Sunset Beach. 3 minute walk to beach access and 5 parking spaces. There are 3-bedrooms : 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon (all bed linens and towels included with no additional charge). Wi-Fi, 5 TV's and one is outdoors under the house. Washing machine/dryer on the same level as living area. There are 2 bathrooms the primary has bathtub and there is a shower in each bathroom. Outdoor shower, gas grill, beach chairs/umbrella. 4 beach cruiser bikes you are welcome to use.

Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

The Beach Break at the West End of Oak Island

Enjoy a quiet Oak Island vacation at this mid-century modern beach house. 60's surf vibe with a perfect third row location for families with walkable, low traffic access to the beach and sound. The beach at the access by the house is typically not crowded even on holidays. The sound access nearby is frequented by kayakers/paddle-boarders. Historic Southport and Wilmington are nearby (25 and 40 min respectively) with just over an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. Mid-June-Aug Sun-Sund stays only.

Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

If you love being a short walk to the beach this place is for you! . We provide beach chairs and a cart for your 5 minute walk to beach. Eat in kitchen and you can serve your honey breakfast in bed. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.

Located in a wooded area 6 miles from Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach, Coral Oak is perfect for those who love to visit the beach but don’t want to stay in the crazy traffic. This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!
