Vanja is truly a superhost! 🏡 She was always responsive and regularly asked if there was anything she could do to improve our stay. The apartment was easy to find with clear and detailed instructions. The location couldn’t be more central — absolutely perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. As a lovely touch, Vanja left treats for our dogs, as well as snacks and fresh fruits for us. Highly recommended! 🌟

Εξαιιρετικός χώρος!! Σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η γειτονια το ίδιο. Τα πάντα ειναι δίπλα. Προφάνως σε επόμενες επισκέψεις θα επιλέγουμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Ίσως το μόνο αρνητικό της οικοδομης και όχι του καταλύματος είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει ασανσερ και το διαμέρισμα ειναι στον 4ο οροφο εμας παντως δεν μας δημιούργησε κανενα πρόβλημα.

Vukosav's apartment is a quirky little studio located in a great neighborhood. I was very comfortable there and would absolutely stay there again. 2 things to note: (1) there is an elevator, but the 4th floor apartment is not wheelchair accessible or useful to people with limited mobility. To get to the elevator from the lobby you have to first climb a flight of stairs. And then the elevator only stops on the 3rd and 5th floors. And then (2) there is no kitchen sink, which isn't a real problem unless you plan on cooking a lot. Otherwise, I had a good stay.

This is the second time that we have stayed with Dragana at house of owls and the place did not disappoint. We all absolutely love the space and instantly feel right at home. We never want to leave but Dragana was so helpful in showing us the local area and making some suggestions on what to do. The house is decorated all over in amazing maximalist style with so many well chosen pieces and colour. I would highly recommend a stay here for complete relaxation.

Flat is in perfect condition, very clean and well equipped. Great location for my needs and quiet neighbourhood allowing good rest. Easy communication with kind host. Will definitely bookmark and stay again.

Vladan is an excellent host—responsive, considerate, and always ready to help. His apartment is absolutely amazing, located in a prime spot in Belgrade with easy access to everything. The flat is modern, recently refurbished, and finished to a luxurious standard. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!
