This house was specious, it was so comfortable, my friends and I felt at home. All we needed was avaliable for an accommodating stay. Thank you Sherrita for being a great hostess.

Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. We had a wonderful stay at Dean’s condo. Nice neighborhood. The place was very clean and neat. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Hope to stay again when visiting in the area.

Location, location, location! This is a quiet abode in walking distance to the horse track and downtown Saratoga Springs. The home owners were extremely accommodating, going so far as to overnight a coffee press that we mistakenly broke! How kind! The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home! We would love to visit again.

We travel often, but rarely leave reviews. In this case David and his apartment definitely deserve recognition. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We were only in town one night, but it would also be comfortable for a longer stay. Parking was easy, and it's a great location. If you are staying in Rome don't bother looking elsewhere. You won't find a nicer place at a better price! David was an incredible host! He knew our travel schedule and left us some bagels, snacks, and drinks. It was incredibly thoughtful. He spent a considerable amount of time giving us information about the area. He could not have been more gracious and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Roberta’s place. This was our first visit to Saratoga Springs, and we wanted a quiet place that was convenient to downtown and that would allow us to fully experience the community. We felt at home from the moment we walked into the place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment was very comfortable. The unit was exactly as described and came with coffee for the coffee maker and even a package of scones for us to enjoy. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown, and we felt safe walking at all times. Overall, we highly recommend Roberta’s place. We will definitely stay again the next time that our travels take us to Saratoga Springs.

This Airbnb is the perfect little spot to be when visiting Rochester. Everything you need is within walking distance and the house itself is on a beautiful and quiet street. Salma was flexible with the check in time and very responsive to each query. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

Jermaine was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place is just as described. I am familiar with the area, so I was aware of what the surroundings would be like. It was extremely clean and served the purpose for our needs.

The apartment is in a perfect location, a very short walk from the canal, restaurants, etc. I enjoyed my stay. Rachael and Taylor communicate well and were good hosts!

Absolutely LOVED this stay! The hosts were so friendly! Even provided a lovely homemade breakfast, and tooth brushes and toothpaste when I had forgot mine. Host even found some clothing I left and reached out to me to have me come back and get it. They were very welcoming and very flexible. Would love to stay again in the summer when the pool is open but the hot tub was still a dream in the winter weather! 10/10 recommend!

Linda's place looked very nice and the location was convenient for me. It wasn't until I pulled up to the home, that I realized that I had stayed there before nine years ago. Linda didn't realize I had stayed there before when I booked the place. It was great as it was before. I was able to come and go as I please and had my own bedroom and bathroom. Everything I needed was there. Linda allowed me to use her computer a few times for work I had to do which meant I didn't have to lug around my laptop. She put out breakfast every morning and I had nice conversations with Linda and her husband. I plan on making more frequent visits to the area to see family and I will always check to see if Linda's place is available. Wonderful host and great place to stay.

This is one of the most beautiful places we've stayed in. Charles has a designer's eye, and the general atmosphere of the bed and breakfast is luxurious. We slept so well and appreciated that pastries and yogurt were always available in the mornings for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, especially since it's so close to Troy and Albany.

this is the sixth time we have stayed here! I can't express the pure joy, fun, beautiful atmosphere, and very conducive to a relaxing, peaceful scenic stay. we come every year for the Buffalo Bills game. Bills game. it's only 10 minutes away and sometimes we will come in the summer. also 10 minutes away is Niagara falls. so beautiful and we just absolutely adore. Tracy, not only is she the best host, but she is kind. interested in everything and changes everything for the holidays and seasons from food to decor. I promise you will absolutely love this place. please give it a try!

Field was an absolutely wonderful host! His instructions prior to arrival were very helpful, especially as we were navigating during a weekend with particularly poor weather. Field’s home is immaculate, filled with storied antiques and charming paintings and lived history - living and breathing! Field was so friendly and accommodating, with many excellent recommendations for activities of all kinds. We had a few lovely engaging chats about life and art and love, and it was wonderful to connect! He was a highlight in a weekend already chock-full of highs! Thank you, again, Field! I have only excellent feedback for my lovely stay at Renee’s in Seneca Falls. She is an awesome host in every way! The house, with it’s rich history, is beautiful and well cared for, cozy and peaceful with comfortable amenities. And, Renee’s homemade bagels for breakfast with yummy coffee was the icing on the cake! I recommend visiting Renee’s to anyone seeking a warm visit with ease.
