96 absolutely 100% wild, unadulterated acres of pine forest, woodlands and marshland in Stratford, NY: the Gateway to the Adirondacks. The main house - a 1890s, stacked stone farmhouse that has seen better days after being left unattended for 40+ years, a post and beam barn, a small shed used to house carriages and an easement, these are off-limits. The remaining 90+ acres are untouched woodlands inside the Adirondack Park boundary, where anywhere can be your campsite! (Pending hosts approval.)

Giraffes, Elands, Ostrich and more! - Each tent has its own deck and outdoor patio, fully equipped with a fire pit & lounge chairs. Enjoy the open night sky while the animals roam about the savannah. The modern interior boasts high-end appliances, fixtures, and amenities. This Luxury tent includes 1 king bed. All tents come with a fireplace and smart TV for relaxing evenings indoors. Full kitchenettes with dishware and Keurig coffee stations. Private bathrooms equipped with luxury amenities.

Riverside screen house

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Please note the river can get busy in the summer on weekends with tubers. Str-00021

Bring your own tent or camping equipment, and whatever else your heart desires. You could even bring your camper/RV. Just be aware that there are no utilities or hookups on site. Relax and fully immerse yourself in nature in this luxurious off-grid retreat. Explore the forest trails, kick back by the fire, or book a meet and greet with the animals. There is a cooler and all the tools that you need to cook over the fire- just bring your own food and ice! Tent has a queen airbed, with space for sleeping bags or single mattresses on floor. No water or electric at site.
