This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. This tiny house is surrounded by forest and ponds, just out of Naples. You will have private access to a pond and 15 acres of forest. In winter you are minutes away from Bristol mountain ski resort and Hunt hollow ski resort. For cross country skiing there is Cummings nature centre down the road. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

A restful, peaceful, tranquil, fun, spacious, Post & Beam Cedar Log Home experience awaits you, family and friends. We now have new living room furniture, two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath along with a 16x30 deck! Also, as of summer 2018, we have a better lakefront that's bigger, more private and has wildlife galore for you nature lovers. In 2019, we installed a 18x36 pool ready to go WEATHER PERMITTING by Memorial Day weekend!!!!

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Spend a relaxing visit lakeside in our rustic little cottage on beautiful Song Lake. Our quaint little two bedroom cabin comes with all the comforts of home. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing lakeside. Also great for skiing in the winter, with Song Mountain less than a mile away, and 2 other ski resorts nearby. Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.

Steps away from a blueberry farm and a path for walking, biking or taking out a quad.
