The street will remind you of peaceful neighborhood living but still only 2 blocks from the best dining and entertainment that Calgary has to offer. Only a short walk to the BMO center, greetings convention centre, Stephen Avenue, 17th ave, repsol centre and government offices. Or enjoy a walk down the bow river. Complete modern renovation June 2019!
This is a well kept space and very comfortable. I keep a fan for guests rooms if they get hot in the summer and I am always up for suggestion to what I can add to make the place better. ALL the necessities should be in the apartment but since I just moved in, it may need some little things. Feel free to let me know.
Within a 10 minute walk in any direction you can get to THE SADDLEDOME, BMO CENTRE, COWBOYS CASINO, STAMPEDE GROUNDS, 17TH AVENUE ( Calgary's top street for dining, drinks and shopping), 4TH STREET DINING, STEPHEN AVENUE, THE CALGARY TOWER AND SOOOO MUCH MORE.

This never lived in suite offers the best walking , biking, and access to both the city core and stampede grounds.
East Village is an award winning master designed community in downtown Calgary. We are just a short walk to the river pathway system, and 1 block from our city hall and free transit ( in the core only). We have recently had a small shopping market added across the street from our New building which also offers free entertainment on Thursday,Friday and Saturday.

Our apartment is a large, 1600 sqft space, with a comfortably sized guest bedroom with walk-in closet attached to a 3 piece bathroom. The guest bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed (double + twin), and a desk for catching up with work or friends on your computer connected to the high speed WiFi. The in-suite 40" television receives three local over-the-air channels and also features Netflix for your binge-watching tendencies. The main area is an open concept kitchen, dining and living space, where one can relax, cook or socialise. Guests are welcome to all appliances, cookware and dishes, the Nespresso machine, as well as any spices and condiments in the cupboards and refrigerator.
Our apartment is situated in a prime location, just a few minutes walk from downtown, Stampede Park, Mission district (4th Street) and the popular 17th Avenue which is home to some of the top restaurants in Canada. The Elbow River, popular for river tubing in summer, meanders nearby. The Repsol Sport Centre (formerly Talisman Centre), a world-class competitive and recreational sport facility, is literally steps away as is access to Calgary's elaborate network of paved pathways. This is a corner den private room with twin size sleeping arrangements, metal loft frame, covered by curtains. Bottom bed is a super nice pillow top Westin hotel heavenly bed made by Simmons, upper bunk is a spring mattress. Duvet liners, fitted sheets and pillow covers are promised washed between each guest. For single traveler with light baggage will suggest to use the bottom bed, if you are bringing more luggages it’s better to sleep on the top and use the bottom space for luggage storage. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your stay special! This is a secured apartment building on the 6th avenue downtown core. Our location is incredibly convenient for everything you might possibly need, check the map and you will be thrilled! There is a Tim Hortons and many other restaurants in the same block, a convenient store right next door, free fare train take you tour downtown!

My condo is situated on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of East Village. Everything you need is within walking distance. Restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee shops, cycling paths, Studio Bell, Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, Arts Common, Fort Calgary, St. Patrick's Island, and only a 2 minute walk to City Hall Train-station.
My home does not accommodate large groups, events or parties. Accommodates 2 adults comfortably and negotiable for extra adults and children.
What I love about the East Village is that we are so central to all the other cool neighbourhoods with interesting restaurants and bars. I especially love Inglewood which is two blocks east on 9th Ave. Inglewood offers the best restaurants, bars, live music, clothing stores, coffee shops and awesome grocery store called Bite. There is a free amazing Art Gallery above Bite Grocerteria in Inglewood that exhibits Canadian artists. The River Walk along the Bow river gives access to bike paths with trails to all corners of the city. There is so much to offer it's hard to describe it all!
